The bar tender was slow moving and just bad. Let me say it was not that busy of a night. He walked by us several times and didn't say a word. I had to get up to get meaus. I decided to buy a frozed meal and eat in the room. Gary had to place his order when the guy was walking by and he never received his drink and the food was bad.

I wanted to like this place because it was convenient. But they did not have any rooms turned over before 1 pm, the room did not smell good and one of the cleaners just came and sprayed some cleaner in random spots, the AC unit was loud when it kicked on and off, and the parking garage was our “view “ out the window- causing light to flood in and honking/car noises throughout the night and morning. It was a hard early morning flight after that.

Despite my advanced reservation and morning of arrival, Electronic check in to finish all last-minute details I ran into the most caveman check in process that I have seen possibly in my life. sign a list and wait for them to call your name. I do understand that staffing for cleaning can be a problem as staffing Everywhere can be a problem and that seems to be the major problem here the people at the desk were overworked. They were working real hard and trying real hard, but they were terribly inefficient. They can’t help seven people at once and they were all backed apparently because of their process which should have been we have your reservation here we see you’re ready to go unfortunately your room is not quite ready yet. Can you have a seat and wait. instead of sign up here and we’ll talk to you in an hour I mean, basically that’s what it was. On-site restaurant had a very limited menu, terribly understaffed the one fellow that was there was doing his best friendly but stressed out you could tell, price was high. You had to like order your own menu to order it. Go sit down and bring it to you when it was ready Burger itself was fairly decent and I’m not sure it was worth the wait. The price was fairly high so these people have some work to do before I would recommend staying here to anyone or stay here again myself.

An elevator for the parking ramp would be nice.

Location is wonderful - you are literallyright at the airport entrances so its super easy to return a rental car. Room was fine - clean and comfortable. Parking is not fun. There is no obvious entrance to the hotel - its buried in the parking ramp. There is one ramp, and its very full. There is no elevator, so I ended up lugging suitcases down and then up 4 floors of the garage steps. Lucky I am physically able to do the lugging and climbing - if you are less mobile or are traveling with elderly or children, this adds a layer of complication.

Poor review is specifically for the manager on duty. When we arrived and when we left the next morning; it was the same kind lady running frazzled and the same manager doing absolutely nothing. At one point the Sunday early afternoon when we arrived and we're waiting on a room; she paused he relaxing behind the desk to go visit with her parents. The last behind the desk was juggling checking people in/out, helping a disabled lady to her room, scheduling shuttles, and answering questions about local attractions. The manager had a question posed to her and she blew it off and was obviously annoyed to have to lift a finger. It was obnoxious to watch. The rest of the hotel was unremarkable. Clean enough, fine for the price. Airport shuttle was easy. Used Lyft to get to the port next day, and that was cheaper than the private shuttle option.

The bed was comfortable; however, some items in the room were broken, I saw what I believe was a cockroach, and my room was only cleaned twice, which were the first 2 days during my 5 night stay which left me needing to call for new towels. When I did, no one ended up delivering them.
