*The Pool is open! It's time to dive in!*

107c is a Beautifully decorated 1st floor (2nd story) beachfront studio condo with a perfect beach view. There is a king-size bed, a full walk-in shower, balcony full kitchen, tv, cable, and internet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The grounds have a large heated pool, tennis courts, grills, outdoor seating, and several different beach access points. Nearby is a marina and Lovers Key.

*We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.*

Relaxing beach vacation
The room was exactly as described and the view from the balcony of the gulf was wonderful. It was quiet. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had.

Property is well located for beach lovers and clean. It's right on the beach. The unit is fairly small and is best suited for a solo or one couple traveler(s). Because of the hurricane damage on Ft Myers Beach, you'll need a car for transportation. There are no restaurants within walking distance that are currently open. Best suited at the present time for people who want to spend time by the pool or on the beach and are comfortable cooking in or driving 15-20 minutes or more for dining options.
