Important Note: This apartment had no damage from hurricanes in 2024. Everything is perfect here. Beaches are beautiful, pool is relaxing and welcoming. Thankfully the island restaurants and bars are also back up and going fun island style!

This apartment has ample indoor space as well as multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy with a sparkling pool. The direct beach access is only one block away and Times square just a walk or short bike ride.

The Space:
Each room is private with top quality mattresses and linens. The living area is spacious and bright. It truly feels like a beach paradise the moment you step foot on our property. Stepping outside your door you have a glistening pool as well as other shared outdoor spaces. This apartment has its own private sitting area in a screen porch.

Guest Access:
In addition to your private apartment, you have all access to outdoor spaces, including front porch, back lanai with pool as well as side sitting area outside your door. There is laundry available in the garage you're welcome to use.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Nature preserve just at the end of the road. Beach access and restaurants only steps away.
