Nestled in the tranquil and sought after neighborhood of Upper Ft Myers beach, 245 Nature View Ct offers a perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and natural beauty. This charming coastal home is designed to take full advantage of its serene surroundings, with stunning views of the small lake area and wildlife filled lush greenery directly in the back yard! Views from the living room oversized windows and doors are a true sight to behold! A short walk to the sparkling waters of the gulf and only a quick bike ride to Time Square, where charming waterfront eateries and bars are readily available!

Bottom Unit consists of one floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom

If using trundle please note: will need to move nightstands to make room to fully pull trundle out.

No oven is available, although there are two countertop burners. The microwave oven functions as a regular oven and also an air fryer. Fully stocked kitchen with all needed kitchenware, crockpot, large griddle, small Keurig coffee maker and toaster. ** Please note that handles on pots and pans are interchangeable. Full size refrigerator. No dishwasher. No central air. Air conditioning wall units are in main living area and both bedrooms.

Guest garage is shared with upper unit and includes beach chairs and bikes (for use with signed waiver), a cooler, and two beach pull along carts/wagons. There are also two space heaters and two fans. Please return to garage after each use.

May access kayaks and paddleboards kept locked on fence outside (waiver must be signed). These are also on a first come first serve basis. Please be sure to put them back after each use.

Amazing Place
Perfect home within walking distance to beach, Times Square and trolley located around the corner. Everything was clean and new in the unit. Had everything we could need except a beach umbrella!
