Bottom Unit consists of one floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom

Bedroom 1:
Queen Bed
Pull out twin trundle bed (pulls out from queen)
If using trundle please note: will need to move nightstands to make room to fully pull trundle out.

Bedroom 2:
Two sets of bunkbeds
Bunkbed 1 is a twin over full
Bunkbed 2 is a twin over twin
There is a pull out twin trundle bed that pulls out from the second set of bunkbeds

No oven is available, although there are two countertop burners. The microwave oven functions as a regular oven and also an air fryer. Fully stocked kitchen with all needed kitchenware, crockpot, large griddle, small Keurig coffee maker and toaster. ** Please note that handles on pots and pans are interchangeable. Full size refrigerator. No dishwasher. No central air. Air conditioning wall units are in main living area and both bedrooms.

Outdoor patio with grill and chairs, outdoor bar area shared with upper unit, and outdoor pool shared with upper unit. Outdoor pool has lounge chairs and tables

Guest garage is shared with upper unit and includes beach chairs and bikes (for use with signed waiver), a cooler, and two beach pull along carts/wagons. There are also two space heaters and two fans. Please return to garage after each use.

May access kayaks and paddleboards kept locked on fence outside (waiver must be signed). These are also on a first come first serve basis. Please be sure to put them back after each use.
