Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Great Escape 3 overlooks the Mantanzas Pass Preserve. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the upper two levels of a 3 story home. On the main level, two story vaulted ceilings are accented by wooden beams that soar above the open concept great room and a dining table that seats 8. A beautiful kitchen overlooks the dining and living area and provides a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. The balcony off the main level offers a huge table that seats 12 plus an additional lounge space. There is a guest bedroom with a full bed off the living room and there is a guest bath just off the kitchen. Upstairs the grand staircase is the primary bedroom with a king bed with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. The primary en suite offers a walk-in shower and large closet. There is an additional guest bedroom on this level that offers a full and twin bed and en suite with a tub/shower combo.
Outside features a screened-in pool and hot tub overlooking the Mantanzas Pass Preserve offering great privacy. Lots of lounge furniture and spaces to relax in the sun or shade, outdoor TV, corn hole, and outdoor shower complete the outdoor area.

Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
