My overnight stay in “my” clean and spacious king bedroom was very peaceful and relaxing. The person at the front desk was very friendly, polite and attentive which made me feel comfortable and safe.
Went for evacuation from hurricane Milton. Signed waiver to check in because they were in an evacuation area. Later that night they posted the following. Breakfast cancelled until further notice (main reason for our choice of hotel). The staff that came in at 7am was responsible enough to make coffee for us. I’m sure there were other options to put out for breakfast that didn’t require cooking. The notice stated closing doors and shutting down hotel at 3pm for the storm. You must stay in your room, do not open your door nor exit your room. Ridiculous as we already signed a waiver. I can see locking doors due to wind. Overall not impressed by managements handling if this emergency.
Clean, spacious - like new feel. Comfortable room with all the necessities. Walkable to the River District. Plenty of parking. Breakfast better than expected. Would recommend!
I was surprised when I walked in how nice this property was. The staff was very friendly and even allowed me to check in early. The only complaint I have was the groups staying there had a lot of kids and they were running around the hotel in the morning during breakfast.
I had a two week stay here and it was my temporary housing while I looked for a place to live in SWFL. Obviously I was here long enough to get a good picture of the ins and outs of it. The hotel is well-run from the top-down. I dealt with Jorge and Carissa at the front desk many times and they were so pleasant and kind. The entire staff is pleasant and polite. The hot breakfast is so clutch. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable. It’s safe and the parking is free. Best value you’re going to get in this area. Easy walking distance to River District and also a Publix grocery store 5-7 minute walk away.
