Villa Mangoo osti meille päivänä toukokuuta 2016 ja laajasti remontoitu ja modernisoitu ja lämminhenkisesti sisustettu. Talon absoluuttisella etelään suuntautumisen sijaitsee hiljaisella kanava on hyvässä kunnossa naapuruston ja voit ottaa veneen min Caloosahatchee joen alla. 8 tavoittaa. Varsinkin niille, jotka haluavat ottaa veneen pois, valtavasti aikaa. Maalla pääsee Shooping ja elintarvikemarkkinoiden alle 5 minuuttia autolla. Myös suuri määrä baareja ja ravintoloita, koska sen keskeinen sijainti tavoittaa muutamassa minuutissa.

Talossa on 4 tilavaa makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta modernisoitu.
On yhteensä 220 neliömetriä on max. 8 henkilöä tarpeeksi tilaa tuntea olonsa mukavaksi. u Meidän olo. Ruokailutila olemme erityisen ylpeitä, koska meillä on antelias ja tietenkin täydellinen keittiö (vohvelirauta, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, jne.). Vain sekoittaa itse luotu "Mangoo" cocktail meidän cocktail konetta katselee ulos yli suuri uima-allas (4x8m) ja tyylikkäästi valittu nojatuolia erittäin mukavat tyynyt. Lisäksi valtava ulkopuolella, jossa pöytä 10 hengelle, ja erillinen oleskelutila on näkymät kanaalille. Erityinen asia on, että tämä huone on palo taulukko, joka tarjoaa paljon Atmosphäre. Meillä on suuri Master Suite ja 3 suurta huonetta. 2 huonetta on suora pääsy uima-allas ja jokaisessa huoneessa on upeat näkymät kanavalle ja Flora. Sen lisäksi, että viimeisin kulutuselektroniikan olohuoneessa meillä on 2 muuta televisiot kaikissa huoneissa ja Master Suite. Wifi / Internet on käytettävissä 100Mbits. Laadukas tulostin ja skanneri on myös käytettävissä. Tietenkin, kodin puhelin on myös vakiona.

Access on erittäin miellyttävä ja meidän suuri autotalli, joka tekee helpommaksi purku vain joidenkin sadetta. Autotalli on myös uudistettu. Sieltä löydät muun muassa polkupyöriä vähän matkaa ja ranta tuolit, sateenvarjo ja uima-allas tarvikkeet.

Talo on varustettu oleskelutilassa ja keittiö, jossa on puinen lattia. Muissa ryhmissä odottaa laattalattia jotka ovat tyylikkäästi yhdistetty mattoja. Suihku ovet lasia ja kaksinkertainen nieluja sekä kylpyhuoneet runsaasti säilytystilaa ovat myös saatavilla.

BBQ, jota ei voida puuttuu Amerikassa, olemme saaneet laadukas grilli. Hänellä on 6 polttimet, LED valaistus Sear asemalta, ja rotisserie. Me intohimoinen griller ovat tyytyväisiä joka kerta grilli.

Kaiken kaikkiaan olemme ottaneet paljon vaivaa tehdä talon, jotta se voi olla sinulle "poissa kotoa". New Impact ikkunat takaavat tehokkuuden ja turvallisuuden. On myös altaan lämmitys. Se on maalattu ja voimme ottaa käyttöön uusia ovia.

Tietenkin voit myös nauttia veneen vuokraamme itselleen risteily kaunis vesistöihin. Vieraamme hyötyvät ystävällinen alennus 10% koko vuokra määrä. Pieni mökki on täydellinen ranta tuolit ja sateenvarjot jne Uusi asennettu äänijärjestelmä takaa erinomaisen tunnelman veden ... Tolles Haus an ruhiger Lage
Wir haben einige schöne und entspannte Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zentral gelegen und Shops wie auch Restaurants sind mit dem Mietwagen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wer etwas Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig und der schöne Pool lädt zum entspannen ein.

Amazing Stay
This house was the first house we stayed at where the pictures match perfectly what the house looks like! The house was so clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very organized. The backyard was amazing! My son loved coming back after his baseball games and being able to jump right into the pool or fish off the pier. Loved the beach chairs and the umbrellas in the garage that we used for the beach. If we come back to the area we will be staying here again!

Great Value in Cape Coral
Stayed for 2 weeks with my sister in law and her husband. We’re all retired and appreciate homes with a walk in shower….this one has two. It’s an older home but has been kept up well with newer appliances and a well stocked kitchen for making meals at home. Outside area has plenty of seating with a table for meals or playing cards which we used a lot.

The house with everything
The house is immaculate! The owner thought of everything you could ever want/need while on vacation. Bikes, pool floats, plenty of towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toaster, coffee machine (although I wished it was a keurig), grill and all utensils you could think of). Beds were soooo comfy I took a pic of the tag on the one in the master bedroom so I could look into buying one for home!! The owner is very nice, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here any time I’m planning on going to Florida!!

April 2023 In der „Villa Mangoo“ haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat alles was man sich wünscht und braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand, die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vor allem den grossen Pool und die ruhige Lage am Kanal haben wir sehr genossen. Der telefonische Kontakt mit Herrn Becker bei An- und Abreise ging problemlos, schnell und sehr freundlich über die Bühne. Wir setzen das Haus auf unsere Liste kommen gerne irgendwann wieder! Ein wirklich toller Gastgeber. Check-in total problemlos und unkompliziert! Sehr großes Haus und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Pool Spielsachen, genügend Hand- und Badetücher, Strandausrüstung (Stühle, Schirme, Kühlbox, Sandspielsachen etc.). Toller Fireplace, großer Pool, schöne Sitzgelegenheiten-rundum gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet!

OUTSTANDING 5 STAR!! stay in Cape Coral, FL
We recently stayed at this Cape Coral home for a week and we couldn't be more impressed, even better than the pictures. The house was spacious, clean and the amenities were top-notch. From the heated swimming pool out back to the large kitchen, everything was perfect. We loved spending our nights sitting by the gas fireplace and enjoying the view of the canal. The owner was very attentive and accommodating to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral. 5 stars!

Florida...It's good for the soul!
The rental property is exactly what you see in the pictures. What you don't see you have to experience by being there! From the moment you walk in you get a sense that the property owners (Michael and Tina) have tried to provide for a multitude of different renters and their personal preferences. They did just that for both my husband and I and our friends who briefly stayed at the house. It is extremely clean, well decorated, and kitchen cabinet space for us to put our stuff in during our stay. Mornings spent on the lani as the sun rises and sets were my favorite times. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, bars, and groceries. The Cape Coral community itself appears to be close to a full recovery from hurricane Ian as the majority of restaurants and bars were fully open. The response time of Michael to any question was very quick even taking into consideration the time difference My husband and I have rented properties around the world and I have to say that this is the most beautiful property we've had the fortune to stay. Thank you so much Michael and Tina for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Beautiful pool home in Cape Coral
We had a wonderful stay of 15 nights in this beautiful pool villa in Cape Coral. It is nicely located at a channel in south direction, close to Wal Mart and Publix. Even a sports bar is in walking distance (15mins walk) in case you want to watch some football games with some beer and leave the car at home ;-) Contact to the owner was also very nice, friendly and quick, also possible via WhatsApp. The villa was equipped with everything one might need. Plenty of beach equipment, nothing was missing in the kitchen. Our stay was around 2 months after Hurrican Ian, but fortunately there was no big damage to the house. Besides the pool screen, but that's a problem nearly every house at this location had and this is nothing that can be quickly fixed. We managed quite good with bug spray after the sunset.

Excellent stay in Cape Coral
Overall, we had an excellent stay at this home in Cape Coral. The home is exactly as advertised, and more. Every detail was accurate, and the home is better than we expected. The pool is great, and the electric heat pump makes the pool wonderful. We arrived and the pool water was pretty chilly, but the heater warmed it up quickly and we had no issues. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a slow cooker/Crock-pot, a (unexpected) Margarita machine (a huge hit with the family), and all the pots/pans/dishes you would expect. Michael was super responsive and helpful via Whatsapp and even sent someone to check out the pool heater when we were not sure if it was working properly (It was, but it showed that he really cared). He was very relaxed with check-in and check-out and very friendly and easy to work with. The surrounding areas are still badly damaged by hurricane Ian. We arrived about 2 months after the hurricane. We were unsure if we should visit or not. Cape Coral is a normal city, not a resort town. It is up and running and all restaraunts/stores etc were functioning nearly normal. There is tons of streetside debris as the cleanup efforts are underway, and will be for a long time. Michael was very honest and accurate in explaining the condition of the area. If this bothers you, you will not want to come. Driving around the city can be depressing. But we wanted to contribute to the local economy and were not bothered but these things. But this house is perfect. We enjoyed days sitting poolside and enjoying the weather. The TV's and Wifi worked perfect. We had no problems getting groceries, getting food and getting around town to do the thing we needed to do. The area beaches in Lee-county are all still closed. If you want a beach day, plan to drive 1.5-2 hours to Sarasota (amazing) or Naples. It will be a long time before the beaches near Ft Myers are open again, and it will likely never be the same. That is the only downside to this home right now, is that it is a longer commute to open beaches, but this is entirely out of the owner's control. The house is well stocked with tons of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. There's nothing you need. We would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend it to anyone, as long as you understand the situation as a result of Hurricane Ian.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY
We have just returned from our stay at this amazing villa. The villa was very clean and was stocked with absolutely anything you might have needed for a great vacation. The beds and living room furniture were super comfy. The pool was lovely and warm whatever time of day we went in it and the pool area was one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to use in a rental villa - and we've been renting villas for the last 25 years in Florida (usually in the Orlando area). The location was ideal for us as we liked to drive out and see other nearby places on the Gulf Coast and there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We contemplated renting a boat to explore the canals but didn't do it on this trip - hopefully next time! Mike was always very quick to respond to any queries we had both pre and post booking. Thank you Mike and Tina for allowing us to use your lovely home. We hope to return again next Summer as we had such a great stay this time.

Perfection in a House
Amazing! The house looks just like the pictures and it was perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook when we wanted too. The pool felt amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this house. 10/10 highly recommend. Would definitely stay again if visiting Cape Coral again.
