Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 6 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer. Access to second level of house requires going outside.

Additional deposits are required under specific circumstances:

For bookings made by local residents, an extra deposit is mandatory.
If your reservation is made within 7 days of your stay, an additional deposit is applicable.

The supplementary deposit amount varies based on the property size:

$500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or fewer.
$1000 for houses with more than 5 bedrooms.

Kindly note that security deposits cannot be settled using credit cards.

For 2-night bookings, an extra security deposit is necessary.
