Why cold breakfast?
Check in was okay. The lady up front on night shift is nice. The room was average ,but clean for the most part. A little dated. The beds were comfortable..it was quiet and we slept good,but the breakfast was the worst we've ever had. The eggs and sausage were freezing cold. The sausage looked like it hadn't been cooked at all. When I say freezing cold,I mean it. I don't know if they want you to take it back to your room and heat it in the microwave or not,but somebody needs to do something about keeping it warm. So,if one of the reasons you're staying here is the free breakfast, reevaluate

Good for 1 night stay.
Our original room's sink was draining SUPER slow. They did accommodate us and gave us another room so that was nice. Breakfast was just okay, we showed up 20 minutes before they stopped serving and most items were gone but we managed to make some good waffles and had some instant oatmeal and eggs. The staff are very nice and very accommodating.

It was a good stay for the price. My boyfriend thought the bed was hard, but I thought it was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was alright…the eggs were fluffier than most powdered hotel eggs.

This is a nice clean, relatively inexpensive hotel, close to the interstate. A really good stopping point for folks going on to alpine or the big bend area.

The room was in good shape, had dog prints all the way across the floor from god knows how long ago, walk across the floor barefoot after a shower and they needed to be cleaned before you crawl into bed.

My room was not as clean as it should be, there was hair on the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower which were actually empty when we went to try and use some for our own shower. Definitely need to put more effort in the cleaning. Hotel needs some upkeep, everything is knocked and old.
