This beautiful third floor, Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit sleeps 8 people with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom and a bunk room along with the sleeper sofa. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous unit include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room has a table to sit down to a home-cooked meal. With seating on this large balcony, you will be able to relax and enjoy endless spectacular views of the white, sugar sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.
Things to Know
Summerplace will be under renovation from Nov 4, 2024 through April 15, 2025. During this time they will be painting and replacing the walkways and balcony flooring, they will not enter the condo. One pool will be closed at a time while the work is being done. The Balcony will closed Nov 18, 2024 through Mar 20, 2025.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
