Someone left there panties in the washer when we arrived!! We had to remove them !! Otherwise it was a good stay!! Beds are a little hard !!

We love Okaloosa Island and my family vacations there ever ! We have stayed at Azure for the last 5 years in different units. We were very happy with our condo this year and will be renting again for next year ! Definitely worth a stay!

Great Location and Amenities
We had a fabulous week at this Azure condo. This first floor condo is literally about 10 steps from the pool. So convenient. And only a short walk to the beach. When we arrived and noticed a problem with the coffee maker, I texted the owner and we had a new one delivered early the next morning. Very responsive host and a perfect condo and location for a relaxing time with family. We will be back!

First off the condo is super nice , minus a few small inconveniences such as one of the stove burners did not work. The condo comfortably fit our family of twelve. The walk to the beach was not far at all. However I rented an extra set of chairs and umbrella for Mon-Thur and was only reserved those On Monday and Tuesday. The rest of the week we did not even have the regular chairs that are supposed to come with the condo. This was a tad frustrating as we had a large group with us. We made the best of it and spent most of our time by the pool. I prefer to be on the beach but when you have no umbrella for shade it can make it harder to enjoy especially when you have a small child and elderly people. If youā€™re thinking of renting this condo I recommend it. Itā€™s a. Iā€™ve place and parking is great.

We traveled with our family of all ages and the location and easy access to the pool, beach, car, etc was nothing short of perfect! Rooms were just what we needed, comfortable beds, cozy living environment, amenities beyond what we neededā€¦had a couple issues that were addressed immediately with great communication with staff. We would definitely recommend this condo and come back again! Thank you!

All and all, we were pretty disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. The pictures seem very outdated on the listing vs in person. All the baseboards look like they may be rotting and are old. The inside of the bunk beds were full of crumbs and dirt on the sides. Not sure the last time under the TV stand was ever swept (my kids kept losing their toy cars under it so thatā€™s why this was noticed). Shower curtain is stained and has holes in it. Black ā€œstuffā€ on the ceiling and walls in master shower. The beach cart that stays on the property has never been cleaned. Old cigarette butts in it. Very limited water pressure throughout entire condo. The cleanliness aspect was not brought to their attention because it wasnā€™t just one area, it was multiple. We will not stay in this condo again. We have stayed in azure 101 with no issues. Much cleaner and nicer and up to date. Azure itself is fine. Lots of ā€œrulesā€ to follow so just be aware! This was a Super convenient condo as far as location especially with kids. The washer was broken first day but the company did send someone out to fix it within the day. Check in and check out process very simple.

Check in was easy & we were able to check in early! The condo was not very clean it also smelled like wet dog, the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. The kitchen was equipped well. The stater pack was generic. We had to buy our own toilet paper, laundry pods & garbage bags. No beach towels was an issue and we had to do several loads of laundry to keep enough bath towels clean for 8 people all week. There was a beach wagon there but it was broken along with only 2 beach chairs that were tiny, only children could sit in them. No beach toys, we had to purchase things to take to the beach. The throw pillows on the couches are gross and stained. The master bedroom/ bathroom had some sort of leak there was water coming up through the flooring. I would not return or recommend this condo.

Great condo with even better location !
This condo was AMAZING. We have 12 people and we had plenty of space and all able to be in the condo comfortably. The condo and property were clean and well taken care of. We had a issue with the stove and maintenance was there within a hour two tops. Kids are already asking to visiting again next summer! We have the BEST vacation and canā€™t wait to come back!

The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. There were 7 of us and we had enough room for our 1 week stay. Master bedroom mattress is very old & needs replacing. Notified property manager. All other beds were comfortable. Oven may need a new heating element and was also mentioned to the property manager to have looked at. Company is very easy to deal with. We had a great stay and are very thankful for the heated pool and hot tub since the weather was not so accommodating. Overall nice property with convenient parking and great beach access.

Our 45th anniversary with our entire family
All 11 of us were able to stay in this condo! It was so nice to be on the ground floor with access to the hot tub and pool just right out the gulf side doors. Then just a few more feet on the other side of the pool, open a gate and you were at the beach and its beautiful water and white sugar sand . Security was great and at 10:00 PM, everyone was out of the pool and hot tub. So no noise issues . The convenience of having a top rated restaurant right across the road was pretty handy also.

What can I say?
We loved the first floor unit because it had direct access to the pool and beach. The unit had a large pantry, nice size bathrooms and large capacity washer & dryer. The pools were large (but bath water warm) and the sand was cool. Ample parking too. However, three out of the four bedrooms did not have any drawer space and the bunk bed room had no closet either. The kitchen was small, no ice maker in the fridge, not enough sharp knives and cooking accessories. There was not enough living room seating. No DVD for the TV and some of the remotes were not working properly.

BANG FOR YOUR BUCK
The property was beautiful and very kept. The condo was just as pictured. It worked well for our family of 12. The hot tub and heated pool were steps away. So there are people right outside your patio the whole time they are open. My children and my grandkids thought it was great but I would have preferred a couple of doors, either way, away from that . The only low rating I gave this place was for cleanliness. All the main things were clean; toilet, tub, beds, kitchen but it could use a deeper cleaning every so often. Baseboards dirty, corners filled with sand, wall decor needs dusted. If you look pass those sort of things you will enjoy your stay. The property is secure, family orientated, the pier is in walking distance and Stewby's across the street is a good place to eat. The ice cream shop across the street is also very good. I would definitely stay here again.
