We were moved.
We were notified shortly before our trip that we would be relocated to another facility due to construction of some sort at Island Echos. When we arrived we were moved to the Pelican Isle facility down the street which was nice but we saw no evidence of construction from the outside of the Island Echos during our stay.

My experience was pretty good the hotel was well-kept and my room that I stayed in was very nice. The sand was white and pretty but the beach water was quite dirty with a lot of seaweed so it didn't go in the water at all.

Great stay.
Excellent vacation stay! The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. They are attentive to needs and they make a courtesy call the day after your check in to make sure everything is in order. Thay are also fast with responses, as I had a question that was answered promptly. I will stay here again when visiting Okaloosa Island. We liked the location as well, about 2 miles from the pier. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins play in the morning!

Truly a beach front property. Tons of space for family activities. We were on vacation but were able to make home-cooked meals with the full kitchen and enjoy them accordingly in the dining space provided in the unit. There’s also a living area where you can watch movies together and they even provided board games! The view from the terrace is gorgeous, the pictures really don’t do it justice. You’ll just have to see for yourself. Again, wonderful home, my family and I very much appreciated and enjoyed our stay at Island Echoes. We will definitely be visiting again.

Nice condominium for stay with family or friends.
Good access to the beach. Individual 3 bed room and 3 bathroom give us perfect private for our stay with my friends but we can gather and enjoy dining room for dinner .

Musty odor throughout entire condo. Jets didn’t work in hot tub. The beds looked like a little kid made them. There was a vent hanging out of the ceiling in one bathroom. Mold under kitchen sink and above shower. The drapes were very crappie and were dirty they weren’t even on the hooks and did not close properly. Oven was rickety. Most of the light switches did not work. On shower didn’t work at all. Missing parts to light switches. Dirty under cabinets and in laundry room.

My 1st stay in this condo but I always liked staying on Okaloosa Island. first time for my grandson and he really enjoyed the water and all the attractions! We loved it! wish we could have stayed longer, and we'll be back!
