This newly remodeled 736 sq. ft. 2nd-floor corner condo is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families or couple's getaways.

Whether you are here for a weekend or a weeklong vacation, this is the place to relax and have fun. With easy beach access and plenty of amenities, you'll never run out of things to do!!!

The bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2). Additionally, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) and a Murphy bed (sleeps 2) in the living room. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Also, there is a small balcony to sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the mornings.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the upgraded and fully equipped kitchen. We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels. Also, for your convenience, there is a fantastic coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor!

For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or if you prefer, you can swim in our swimming pool (deepest pool on the island) or have fun with friends and family playing basketball, pickleball, or tennis! In addition, there is storage for bicycles, an air inflation station, an ice machine, and lots of green space for cooking in the charcoal grilling area!

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
