This condo is just perfect! Everyone will enjoy this cozy 1br, 2ba unit with great decor. Custom built bunk beds with TV's; extra storage room for organized coastal living. Pelican Isle 406 is adorable and classy - you won't want to miss it!
FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Check out this GORGEOUS beachfront unit for your vacation! This unit has a beautiful color scheme, classy décor, and PHENOMENAL VIEWS!!! Conveniently featuring a fully stocked kitchen and a full size washer and dryer, Pelican Isle 406 has everything you need for the PERFECT VACATION! The adorable master bedroom is adorned with a king size bed and the master bathroom has a shower/tub combination. In the hallway, there are custom built bunk beds with TV's for the kids to enjoy! Storage compartments/shelves are featured at one end of the bunks and underneath the bottom bunk - plenty of room to store the kids' things for the week. A full second bathroom is in the hallway where a walk-in shower and custom vanity await. The property features a beachfront pool, hot tub, workout room, and BBQ grills. This fifth level view is uninterrupted in such a way that you have literally nothing in between you and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Great view and a short walk to the beach

We enjoyed the location and the condo itself. The check in/check out process was super easy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable.

Great View.....Except of the Bugs on the floor

The property had a beautiful view of the beach, and chairs on the balcony. It also had....cockroaches. My husband and I walked in and immediately noticed dust piled high on the washing machines (which also seemed to have mold in them), mold in the shower, soap scum, dishes that were spotty and had an odor to them, and EVERY night we were visited by cockroaches running through the kitchen and bathroom. The first night we pulled the comforter back to reveal stained white sheets as well. Contacted the company, telling them of the cockroaches as well. They offered to send a cleaning crew, but at that point, we had already gone to the TomThumb down the road and bought a bottle of bleach cleaner (along with refusing to use the washing machine or silverware), and clearly, a cleaning crew is not going to help their bug issue (which was ironically ignored and not addressed). They did drop off new sheets. Don't waste the money. Stay at a hotel with guaranteed cleanliness and that you won't be leaving with an extra guest in your bag.

Wonderful Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we expected and then some. Loved the condo and the view. The location is great. Would stay again. Thank you for having soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. The trash shoot and luggage cart were very handy. Could use a stock pot for making soup or pasta. Maybe some new knives

The condo was perfect for my family.

The place met all my expectations! I loved the fact that it is located right by the beach. Had a nice stay and no issues checking in to our unit. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely returning soon.

Absolutely great place to stay

We absolutely loved the condo, it was very cozy, pretty, clean and with an amazing view! The area where It is located and how close everything was to us was great too ! I have zero complaints or issues, everything was absolutely perfect!I give it 5+ stars will recommend and come back as well! And I will miss it too! Till next vacation, thank y’all!

Clean and Convenient

Coming to FL during a pandemic would make anybody nervous. I always disinfect when I arrive at a rental and I must say that every surface was clean. The mattress pad for the sofa-bed was dirty but i think it was just from being under the couch, we just took it off. The condo had everything we needed and being right on the beach made things so much easier. The only thing we struggled with was going out, as most restaurants/fast food/Walmart/Publix was 15 mins away and even longer travel times with traffic. Nothing was just a quick ride away. However, overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and unit was great

Cleanliness is most important for us and we were positively impressed. Clean sheets, pillow covers, clean bathroom and kitchen. Beautiful view looking at dolphins in the morning and evening from the balcony? Priceless. Convenient beach umbrella and chairs but if you want to social distance, there is miles of empty beach just a short walking distance west of the condo, feels like a private island with nobody in sight for miles. Our family of 5 from St. Louis really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
