Robin's Nest is a charming 820 sq. ft. condo on the pristine beaches of Okaloosa Island. This elevated 1st-floor unit is perfect for small families or couples looking for a peaceful coastal escape.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by bright, inviting colors and a relaxing atmosphere that sets the tone for a memorable island getaway. The private balcony off the living room is an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the ocean breeze.

The cozy bedroom features a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) and a private attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A second full bathroom includes a large walk-in shower for convenience. In the hallway, a bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) provides additional sleeping space, and the living room offers a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) for extra comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the unit also includes linens, towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. We even provide 6 beach towels for your fun-filled days by the sea.

BAD OWNER
Overall stay was NOT good at all.,sit on balony and people stare at you eating or just sitting from pool below. I hated that!!! and power was off for 2 hours.,so we drove to the owner business(donut shop)and told her about our power outage for 2 hours and she said well everybody's power was off(like I knew that)So I asked her for a dozen of Free donuts and she said there was a dozen in our room when we checked in.(WRONG SHE WOMAN IS A LIAR)and she also said NO free donuts because we are a small business.,Well its BAD business to rent your condo to a older couple and treat us like this. What an amazing place! Everything is as it is described online and the location is beyond perfect. Beach access is right outside your door and the included chair and umbrella rental were a welcome treat! We will definitely be back in the fall!

Perfect beach rental
Absolutely loved this very clean (we all commented as soon as the door opened how fresh and clean) this unit was! Great use of space, can easily accommodate 4 and still have sofa bed available! Well stocked, loved the area info and recommendations in the basket….. and the fresh donuts from Okaloosa donuts! Easy access to the beach and beach set up for 2 included! Reserved parking space very convenient and owners were a pleasure to work with!

We arrived and checked in was a breeze!! The view is amazing and the condo was perfect for the 4 of us. My husband and I had the master bedroom and my 12 and 10 year old loved the bunk beds. The Condo was clean and provided everything we needed. Having the assigned parking and chairs on the beach was nice too! We spent every day on the beach! We will be back!

Wonderful Robin's Nest!
Our family had a great time! This property had everything we needed and then some. Hairdryers, books, dvds, coozies, even a popcorn maker! The bunk beds are so cute, making it easy to accommodate a family of 4. The communication was excellent before and during the trip. We had zero issues, and would highly recommend this property!

Overall, the unit is okay; however, it requires maintenance. The ceiling fans - light fixtures - wall decorations are heavily coated with dust (dust that's been untouched for many months). The towels & face cloths smelled like outside/mildew because they are stored under the bathroom sinks?? The couch looks & feels like it's 15/20 year's old. The balcony furniture is nice except for the two chairs with the old cushions. The washing machine needs a deep cleaning to get rid of the mold & mildew smell. The lint trap in the dryer is way overdue for dumping. The coffee machine & oven are filthy. The unit entry door and breezeways need cleaning then painting (this is all the doors). Get a new door mat. Lastly, schedule the unit to receive pest control service! Now the good stuff: the view of the beach & pool is awesome! The complimentary beach chair & umbrella service is fantastic! And thanks for the covered free parking.

Nice condo, excellent hospitality
My husband and I booked the property for a date weekend. We were delighted to see the sweet note and doughnuts left by the owners. The view was nice too. Cons: I didn't like the smell in the entryway, not sure what it was. The exercise room was advertised on the listing but was not accessible at all. Lastly, the water in the condo didn't stay hot for long. There was also a slow drain in the sink. Other than that, overall, we enjoyed the property.

An ok place, not the most family-friendly beach town, poor management by owners
My husband & I booked a kid-free 4-day weekend. We typically visit Pensacola Beach every year & go to tropical locations outside of the US, but with COVID, we decided to try a new beach. The condo was nice & well-stocked. Having owned family rental properties, I felt this was well-represented online, but should have said the 1st floor location & proximety to the pool could be very intrusive. We could hear every word said, or song blasted at the pool & found little peace. People at the pool could hear any word said from our small balcony, which was uncomfortable as well. The dozen donuts awaiting us was a nice touch; they were fantastic! We found the town to be rough & not kid-friednly. There were bums, not homeless people, but drunken bums begging for money at every turn & we witnessed some questionable things going on, I'll leave it at that. I also didn't like the strip clubs located right next door to family restaurants, or the risque advertisements on vehicles & signs as you drove around the area. I will say that this seems to be a beach town for older crowds & not families with children. While the managment leading up the stay was typical of what you'd expect from a condo owner, it was the treatment I received afterwards that upset me. Now, I'm only sharing this for full transparency, and this situation is not reflective of my husband's typical behavior, but that is beside the point. He foolishly accepted a mixed drink from other adults we met at the beach, and became highly-intoxicated & was completely unlike himself. During this time, he became aggressive so I contacted the owners to ask if they had another property that I could rent for the evening while he slept it off & got in his right mind again. I was immediately met with the response, "well if you have left, then he is tresspassing & we will call the Sherriff to evict him". I told the owner to give me a few minutes to talk to him from the car to see if he'd leave on his own. Before I could do so, a man went to the condo & told him WE were being evicted in 1 hr. So, here I am, 7 hours from home, scared, alone, hurt, without a place to stay (everything for 50 miles was booked). They evicted ME becuase of his actions & kept my money yet evicted ME saying that I broke the agreement. I went to them for help during a scary & unfortunate time. I, the one who leased the condo, was evicted for NO REASON. This is beyond wrong. I feel that I was financially robbed my money & insulted.

Amazing Place Right on Beach!
We loved our time at Robin’s Nest! This condo is great! It had everything you could possibly need. The best parts were the beautiful views and the very short walk to beach. The assigned garage parking spot and daily beach service were added bonuses. Can’t wait to come back!!!
