The unit underwent a remodel in December 2024 & January 2025 to include all new living room furniture, drapes, and brand-new artwork. Adorned in soothing shades of blue, green, and gray, unit C500 is designed for comfort and relaxation. The unit boasts an open floor plan that leads to a private, spacious balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and elegantly tiled floors. All necessary dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to make meal preparation and serving effortless. The dining area features a large table for gatherings. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a twin bunk area. The open living room includes a loveseat, along with a TV and DVD player. A full bathroom is conveniently located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, a TV, and a DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. For added convenience, the home includes a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
