Great Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterscape! We loved being in the top floor with views of the ocean so we could see the sunset each night and listen to the waves from the balcony. There was something for everyone - lazy river, lily pads, heated pool, hot tubs, and steps from the beach. It was an incredible low-key and relaxing vacation! The hosts made it so easy to check in, stay, and checkout and were very quick to respond with any questions. It was a very quiet time to visit (early November). We absolutely would choose to stay here again in the future!

Great Get Away Spot

We had a wonderful time staying in 606! The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with anything we needed for cooking, beds were all comfy, and the rental process was super easy! Waterscape is a great place for anyone with children. The options for the different pools, lazy river and of course the beach make for some happy kiddos! This is the second time we've stayed at Waterscape and our girls made new friends to play with both times!

Great place with lots of amenities!

Beautiful view and just as described in the listing. So many units are not actually beachfront, but this unit is! Very easy check in/check out. Owners/property managers were very responsive. Unit is in walking distance to everything. Pool area/lazy river were clean and had a nice little snack shack onsite!

We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was super responsive. I realized on my way home that I had left my wedding band in the room. I contacted the host and they got in touch with the cleaners, found my ring (and a phone charger we left) and mailed it back to me, no charge! They also notified us as soon as the condo was clean so that we could check in early. Just super, super hosts. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Waterscape is a popular condo (i.e. crowded), but if you have young kids they will love the pool area. It's in a great location too, easily accessible and felt super safe. The view from the room is amazing.

Great Condo

This condo was in a really nice complex with several pools and amenities. There were many great restaurants very nearby without the horrendous traffic in Destin. The unit we stayed in was exactly as pictured with everything we needed in it. It was very clean and well maintained. I think this is the most like what I expected from pictures of any rental I have done in the past. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

First visit to fort Walton/ okaloosa island

For our first visit to the area we realized the area was a bit too heavy with traffic making leaving the hotel difficult & unpleasant. The room was just as listed in the pictures, two big rooms, lovely balcony & view. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner, especially in the kids bunk room.. overall good stay but not sure we’d travel there again.

Nice stay but could use some improvements

The location and condo was lovely. The bed mattresses are worn out. The one master mattress makes so much noise when you move it wakes up everyone. The tv in the 2nd master did not work. The dryer too multiple times to dry the clothes. We could not close the screen door. Lastly a larger shower head in the main master would do wonders since the shower is so large.

Quiet getaway

All I wanted to do was sit and watch the waves and I had that. The condo was lovely, the view to die for. The time of year that we went was super quiet and exclusive, which was fine. Only thing missing was a blow dryer and some wine glasses! Would highly recommend this unit for a family or anyone needing some vitamin SEA

wonderfully updated

great location, very nice flooring, great beds, wonderful furniture. The peninsula was updated and actually usable. The half bath actually had a sink with storage which was great! all the toilets however could use an upgrade.

It’s all about the view

From the moment we walked in the door the view is breathtaking. Plus what a quick and easy check in process! The unit was clean and perfectly stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony before taking full advantage of the pool and beach service daily which were exceptional. It was amazing to be able to have such a wonderful view while our little ones napped mid day and we didn’t feel like we were stuck inside waiting for naps to end. Evenings were relaxing by the pool while making dinner plans. The on site pool bar saved us from having to leave the pool for meals a few times! Our little ones loved the pool and all of the fun activities: the duck race and movie night were a huge hit! Check out process was the easiest out of any rental we have stayed in. Reasonable hour and painless. We will be returning and have raved about your hospitality to our friends and family.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I just recently stayed in A604. The condo looked exactly like it appeared in the pictures. This is my first time using this site so I’m still learning. The booking process was easy and I appreciate how attentive David was with sharing information and making sure we enjoyed our stay! I think I will definitely use this site again. I do have one suggestion though. I think the couch should be upgraded. You could hear the springs every time you sat down and it wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. I hate to say something negative because overall the experience was very enjoyable but I think that may be helpful to know.

Perfect for teens and senior adults

We are 65 and brought 6 teenagers with us. The property is a beautiful and safe place for them to enjoy water sports and socializing without adult supervision all the time. This unit has a amazing view of the ocean/beach as well as the lazy river. The only thing I always wish for in condos is that a huge ice machine would be available on every floor! The one in the fridge works perfectly, it just doesn't quite keep up with hungry teens. Everything was absolutely great for a beach vacation. The only communication necessary with the property manager was the building codes and they were sent before we left for the trip. I am not sure how easily they could have been reached if needed.
