My reservations, were voluntary canceled… do to unforeseen policy restrictions. The Wood Springs Suites accommodation.. could not be altered, changed nor conveniently rectified. At’ consumer guest request? I will not be returning. Nor any recommendations will be given.
Wasnt able to check into the hotel they said there systen was down. In order for ne to get refunded from hotels.com they needed to contact the hotel and they refused to answer. I lost ny money
It’s an extended stay, so there are zero amenities, but there are roaches and the place smells horribly. Granted it was better than the other place we were gonna stay at, but just avoid this place

It was an average room. Nothing to exciting about it really. This is the 2nd time staying there and this visit was not the best. The maids didn’t check my room or see if I needed anything. Told me I had to go down to the desk to get new ones. I go down and the lady at the desk is mad about something and was throwing F bombs after every other word. I won’t stay there again.
Hotel was in a nice area is the only positive. Bed was terrible, only two pillows in the room, no water pressure, no amenities like coffee maker, or iron without calling front desk, no breakfast, bathroom door did not lock and was broken, shower curtain rack was broken, and the entire place smelled like weed.
We were traveling very late at night and went online to make a reservation through Expedia. We were traveling with our small dog so we had to have a pet friendly location. This hotel was about 20 minutes away and had opening so we did book a room. When we arrived the staff seemed confused when I told him I had just made a reservation. There was a note on the front desk that stated no vacancies. She looked my name up and realized I had made the reservation online and said they might have a room but she didn’t think it had been cleaned. This was shortly after midnight so I’m not sure when she thought they would clean it. After a bit she came back and told me that the room would be available shortly into standby. While waiting we noticed several people outside and inside that did not seem like they were renting a room. One of the people outside asked if it was our first time there. We both thought that was kind of strange. Apparently this is a long stay hotel that undesirable people stay at. We were exhausted so we waited a bit and when she came back asked me how many keys I would need. I went up to the room with her dog while my husband tried to find a place to park. The hallway, elevator and room all smelled like marijuana and urine. I made it to the room and didn’t know what to think. My husband came up and said get the dog we’re not staying here. We went downstairs handed back our keys and told them we were not staying. We will definitely not be back.
I arrived to sign up for my Ivy tech classes was new in town. Found this palce with okay weekly rates. Funds permitting. Im an older student. I check my hotels security due to my profesion of experience. Security of doors propped open, broken card readers, noise outside my first checked room, health code violation of dog feces left all over the property. This is relevent to incident. I was a single female traveling alone in a large city. Broken hotel security. No POSTED LEGIBLE SIGNAGE anywhere. I am a CCW carrier. No signage anywhere. If id have seen it id have left it locked up. BUT
AFTER the dog crap Id stepped in the night before and the broken card readers. I felt safer open carry as Ive done for 6 years or how ever long ive carried a license. Regardless. I saw a gentleman let his dog crap. Without cleaning it up. I was irritated by this and was going to inform management to such. I got to the manager an started calmly telling her know of my displeasure with the dog poop. She instead went straight for my service piece I had in my holster. I(WAS) fixing to leave I wanted to tell her, retieve my hat and go to dinner. She roasted me you cant have that in here no weapons allowed. I protected the insult without proper signage agreed and left to my room to retrieve my hat on the top cabinet of room 301 at the end of the hall. I
Was gone 1 hr. Came back got stalked by a tow truck. And a man wearing a black tshirt walking the parking lot 3 feet from my car. Ejected no refund.
