Great for one night
Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. It does have free parking and breakfast. It is definitely a no frills place. No closet, microwave or coffee pot in room, but one is available on the lobby. Room is very small. Was fine for one night.

A little overpriced for lower quality. There were much nicer hotels closer to the convention center that was the same price. The staff was ok. The lobby was always clean and they always had coffee. They did not have microwaves in the rooms which is a total bummer.

Dirty rooms, stuff wasnt working properly.
Arrived and the first room was very dirty. When we went to the other room, it was just as dirty. The toilet didnt want to flush half of the time, the bathroom door was sticking and wouldn't lock. The room also needed a key card on a slot for power or your power didn't work. Some outlets didnt work, and you can definitely tell it was new construction but no one did a walkthrough.

Nobody came to clean our room, there was not enough parking at night and had to park off the property, the toilet kept malfunctioning, and the AC did not work. We woke up multiple times very warm.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel. It was clean and everyone was friendly, the only downside for me was that the shower water never got hot no matter how long I let it run. Besides that, everything was great!

Very nice property, service was excellent. Definitely worth the visit. Breakfast was sufficient and having carbonated water was the icing to the cake.
