The room reeked of cigarette smoke which sets off my asthma. The hotel was booked so they couldn't move us to another room. the lady gave me a can of Lysol which didn't make the blankets or carpet any better. The only plus is that they did refund us.

My family was booked to stay for 2 nights in July. We arrived at about 2:20. The beds were hard and the pull out couch had springs sticking through. The ac was not working properly. And the room stunk like smoke. We switch rooms and it wasn’t any better. The front desk clerk came in and said, yes it is hot.(couldn’t do anything about it) can give you a box fan and another blanket for the pull out and that was all he could do. We left and went to another shotel. Very bad experience m. Wont ever stay there. Never would stay there!

Comfortable family stay
A comfortable home base for our family visit. We slept better than average in the beds. It was quiet. Rooms were good size, if a bit worn. Service was excellent. Breakfast was fair. Convenient location with foood and entertainment nearby. We found it a good value and would stay there again.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, the place was extremely clean, breakfast was hot and had a great variety (We stayed a total of four nights/five days and breakfast alternated, so we didn’t get bored of the same food), and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful! The room got very cold, which was awesome in 109 degree weather! The only issue I had was that I had to pump the conditioner about 50 times to get what I needed, as I have waist length hair.

Great Hotel. hotel.com messes up.
The management was very accommodating. I got there at 1 pm. Checkin 3pm. Apparently my request to checkin early was not received by the site. The manager agreed to get me checked in at 2 pm if I could come back, so I could get to the gathering I was going to. Thank you. Bad score for hotel.com
