Short Stay
All in all it was everything that we needed it to be. Great little house in a decent neighborhood. One gripe: no extra comforter/blankets and kitchenware was a little sparse. A bigger grill could be a great addition as well, but again, it was what it was presented to be. 4 adults and 4 children and we were not crowded.

Will not book again
First impression is the house looked abandoned. Exterior in need of paint and wood repair. Neighborhood has cars parked on lawns, Motorcycles coming and going at all hours from the house next door. The house had dust on counters. Would not consider staying at this property again.

Overall the house was pretty clean, had to rewash some of the towels but that was okay. The check in process was horrible to say the least, we could not receive check in information until 2 hours after the check in time was supposed to be which threw our plans off just a little bit. Made the best of the trip, just communicating with the host seemed to be difficult to say the least.

We had a great time in Fort Worty/ Dallas. The house is very comfortableand beautiful. And the host is really nice and aesy to communicate with! We would recomand it without hesitation!

This home was a perfect location for visiting TCU. Cute house in need of a little TLC, but otherwise very nice. The host was communicative when we had questions. This home is nicely located but be prepared for the train and rooster. This was not a problem for me but my other housemates struggled with sleeping with these noises.

The house was in a great location for us. Every convenience and event was close and easy to get to. The house was tidy and clean. The lister was very communicative and responded quickly. We were very comfortable here.
