I booked & paid for my two night stay on Oct. 2nd, 2024. The dates I paid & reserved were Nov. 15-17. I booked with this location because they offer 24 hour check in, which is perfect for me because I drove in from out of town. Their website offers you to select your arrival time or list that you're unsure of when you'd arrive; I listed unsure, as drive time is unpredictable. We arrived to the hotel at 3am on Nov. 16th, after driving several hours, only to find out my room had been given away and I was marked as "no show". The hotel never confirmed a cancellation or no show with me, via call, text, email, etc., and I had confirmed my booking days before. We came in for a music festival, so I booked over a month in advance, knowing how impossible it is to get rooms closer to the event. Their "24 hours check in" is nonsense as the stranger on-site said I had to check in by 10pm. I've never had this issue with any other place that had a late check in or 24hr check in policy. Their policies around handling guests who haven't checked in are terrible and shows their lack of care. The staff on duty was dismissive and unable to accommodate or assist us further. Due to this, we were out rooms for the weekend and had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. After hours of more of added stress and calling around to fully booked hotels, motels, etc., we were lucky to find a motel 6. I wouldn't trust this location with your travel plans at all.
