I’m honestly really frustrated with how terrible this experience has been. The first room I was given, the door didn’t close/lock properly. Which is a huge safety concern. The second room I was given was disgusting. You could tell it wasn’t cleaned well- not vacuumed, sticky things on multiple surfaces, stuff left in the bathroom, etc. Additionally, most of the outlets didn’t work, which was wildly inconvenient. I hated being here.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott! From check-in to check-out, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety of options to start the day. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made getting around the area simple and stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Fairfield by Marriott to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I’ll be staying here again on my next visit!

Our room was on the west side of the building. Our room air conditioner unit just could not keep our room cool. The room would finally cool off after midnight. No sleep sweating for 2 nights. The renovations on this property are excellent. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean. Breakfast has sometime for everyone.

Big thanks to this team for an awesome stay

My friend and I were in town visiting my sister and her family. I have stayed at other nearby hotels, but decided to try this one. The beds were comfortable and the rooms/halls were quiet. Enjoyed having a fridge in the room. The A/C worked well and the hot water came out of the shower really fast. We ate at the breakfast downstairs 4 out of our 5 mornings. The staff we spoke with were all so helpful and friendly. We had an incident during our stay and had to ask for our sheets to be changed and we didn't have any issue or push back. I already told my friend that I would definitely stay here again. Side note: we were going to go use the pool. The day we were going to go swimming, someone had taken the hose and overflowed the pool, so there was some draining and filtering needed. Apparently it was the 2nd time in a week that had happened, so the pool would be unavailable for a couple of hours, but we ended up doing other things. Thank you Fairfield Inn Mansfield for such a pleasant trip.
