They had security and I’ve had bad luck with hotels lately and this place was a little more but well worth the money. I felt comfortable and safe. It was clean !! I will definitely make this a hotel I stay at when I come in to billy bobs concert. This is definitely a good clean place!!

The ground floor was for guests with pets. We are seniors and would like to have a ground floor room. We requested a ground floor room. Also, the rooms do not have double Queen-size beds like other hotels. The pool area was not clean and swept. A lot of leaves and debris.

Subpar room conditions
We have been staying at this particular hotel for years and it has went down hill. The king suite living area had water damage on ceiling and walls and the air conditioner had mold in it. The bedroom had only four little bitty pillows and all were flat. The bathroom light didn’t work the shower head sprayed the ceiling and the bathroom itself was not very clean and only had two towels. The coffee maker was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned ever I don’t think. The refrigerator was not level and falling out of the hole so you had to pick it up just to open. None of the ice machines on the second floor worked. The pool was nasty dirty and had trash in it and the area around it was dirty. We will not be staying here ever again.
