How do you only have one printer in your entire building? I needed a document printed for the airport and the front desk stated they only have ONE in the building and it’s broken. You mean to tell me the GM, the executive committee, the entire operation of this hotel shares ONE printer????

The front desk person was not present when we arrived. We waited approximately 15 minutes. We called out hello trying to get someone’s attention. This was incredibly frustrating as we had to get checked in and get to our party. There was a sign that said the he was helping a guest. Being understaffed on a Friday night is not helpful. When he did return he barely spoke to us and offfered an obligatory thank you for waiting. There was absolutely no care to this staff member and furthermore we believe he was sleeping on the job. He appeared to be very groggy upon his entrance. This terrible service is very unfortunate and will make us considered carefully before booking again.

It was very clean and everyone was friendly breakfast was good and had lots of choices bed was comfortable and the room was very nice. The only thing that could have made it better was the water pressure could have been better
