Property intentionally trying to keep your deposit. Rooms not updated. Cheap amenities. Fridge no freezer. 700w $20 microwave. They only changed one bed of two on two night stay. Breakfast was weak coffee gave me the craps. Basic cream and sugar. Little cup of yogurt or corn flakes or fruit loops. Extremely disappointed. Get the next deal. Stay away!

The pool was full of cement, the fitness room was shut down during covid and never reopened, closet was missing a door, was told by front desk nit to let showers get too steamy or it will set off the smoke alarm, quite a few people apparently live there, room had a leak in the roof and therewas a flash flood warning during our stay (water poured in all over luggage) and was told by front desk that we werent going to get another room and they were just going to put a bucket under it. Also, the continental breakfast was just cereal >:(

Our room was fine until we turned the ac/ heater on and by morning our room smelled of must and mold. I was gone all day and when I came back and found out they refused to move us into a room I lodge a complaint. Then they decided to move us. Both rooms that we had either had something broken or it smelled. I will not be returning at all

Rooms had holes everywhere. Porcelain was cracked in the sink. Awful paint job. Bugs in the bathroom (cockroach ) and geckos in the rooms on base floor. Microwave was definitely not cleaned still had crumbs, there was opened water bottles left in the mini fridges Basically has to beg to switch rooms. Second room was better still had holes in the walls missing a door on the closet . Handles were extremely loose and could barely get the tub to switch to shower mode. had to fight for extra towels for the other person in our room. pool and exercise room were closed. Employees states exercise room is always closed (what’s the point of having it ) and pool was closed cause it was too cold (it was 70-80 degrees and sunny all weekend) 10/10 worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Worst motel ever
Not worth the money! Nothing worked as it should. The bed was terrible with little square pillows, the closet was missing a door, the jet tub did not work. The house keeper walked in on us. I will never stay here again.

I like that the night shift employee was kind and respectful. I didn’t like that they have all these strict rules but not strict about keeping the place up to par. They ask for a deposit so I was expecting somewhat close to very decent. Inside my room, soon as you walk in there’s a smell a strong odor I don’t recognize. there were stains everywhere. Stains on the couch, the curtains and the bed linen. I was so uncomfortable to sit anywhere in this room. I’ve been itching since I got here and there may not be any bugs but my skin itches when areas are not the cleanest. The fact they offered breakfast made me choose this hotel. Breakfast consisted of juice/ coffee and two different kinds of cereal- fruit loops and corn flakes. And cups of yogurt. I was very disappointed with that because I woke up hungry and haven’t ate cereal in years. And they had the nerve to have a sign posted that said “breakfast is for dining guest only and can not be taken up to your room” mannn stop playing! Was it really worth posting that smh. Idk maybe I just chose the wrong hotel for my comfort

Trash. Seems like they don’t want people staying there with how they treat guests. I stayed 1 night with my daughter and wife and wanted to extend another Night (because I didn’t want to pack all my stuff up) but when I went downstairs the lady at the desk told me I would have to first pack my stuff from my room and bring it in the hallway so they can then “check the room” and then I can bring ALL of my stuff back in, which is freaking ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I left immediately after she told me that and booked elsewhere. Also the places AC units reek of human urine.
