Facility is horrible & needs work
The facility is horrible and needs a lot of work. The room was dirty; trash and food was under each bed. The AC/Heating unit was loud. Basic local channels were not available on the television. There were stains on the cover on one bed. The bath tub drain was clogged.

You definitely get what you pay for here. The lobby is really nice, but it’s definitely an older property in desperate need of renovations. the hallway was horribly stinky of pot and cigarettes when we checked in, but when we checked out the smell was gone, maybe someone smoking in a non smoking room? The room was mostly clean, though a dead bug on the remote was a bit gross. Room had no smell, bedding was fine, bathroom was…. Not good. Rusted spots and stained towels. They had painted the tile in an attempt to update but it was peeling and the toilet seat was as wiggling all over the place every time I tried to use it. It’s not horrible, But it definitely needs to have some money put into fixing some issues and maybe some time spent checking to make sure people aren’t smoking in non-smoking rooms for that smell. I’m a little bit overly critical in the cleanliness area and it didn’t gross me out to where I wouldn’t stay and it honestly I have had not stayed. I wouldn’t stay again but I did stay and I slept well, beds were comfortable.

Think twice and read reviews before booking stay.
Place smelled of marijuana. Could not walk down the halls without smelling the pungent odor of weed. Rooms smelled musty and dank. Doors to the facility were broken and facility was not secured from the outside. This is significant due to the location of the facility being in a bad part of town. Parking lot was busy at all hours of the night. Loud cars and motorcycle engine sounds kept me up late at night. Other than that, great place. 😵‍💫

Trash under bed, staying more than one day so no housekeeping unless requested. Requested towel service only, when we returned from a long day of fun ready for a shower our towels had not been replaced. Easily fixed with a trip to the lobby, but still. Sign on door read no pets, I guess that is unless you work there. There was a cute poodle running around the lobby one evening. The AC in the room was the best i have had at a hotel yet. People in the parking lot drinking, people standing at the door wanting to be let in the hall.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
I was there for about 30 minutes then left, the place was crawling with druggies and prostitution, there were people who were very obviously on drugs across the hall from us. We did not feel safe here and the staff wouldn’t do anything about it. DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel lobby looks very nice but the rooms look nothing like the pictures, the tub was gross, the paint was practically peeling from the window sill, the just looking at it was disgusting, the hallways are very dark, the location is sketchy, the parking lot is sketchy, don’t let the pictures fool you.

I should have followed the advice in the reviews!!
I thought previous reviewers were exaggerating or complaining, but they were spot on. The pictures on the website are not what the rooms look like at all. Everything is old and falling apart. Hallways are dark, dirty, and the smell of marijuana is heavy. My husband would not let me walk to the car after dark by myself because it did not seem safe. If you wanted breakfast, you had to eat it there—they would charge you $20 if you took it back to your room to eat. We often do that due to the lack of clean seating in the breakfast area (or one of us just gets breakfast for the both of us), so that was inconvenient. On one end of the hallway, you needed a key card to get in, but the main door from the parking lot was unlocked which did not make us feel safe. The front desk and housekeeping staff were nice, but it did not make up for the poor condition of the rooms overall. If you want a nice, clean, safe place to stay, this is not it.

This place is awful awful awful...i stepped in and stepped out. No refund given said only new room. No way with little kids would i move to another single inch of that hotel. This is being nice not going into details. And coming from a texan born and raised back home for a visit. RUN
