It was scary at first driving up to it. The alarm clock and refrigerator was not working and seemed it had not been working for awhile. When asked about a new fridge was told maintenance was not available at the time and would send someone over. We stayed two days and no maintenance person ever came. I was skeptic especially when the host kept saying sorry so many times it was starting to lose value in the sincerity of SORRY!!!

The staff was so helpful and nice! Our bathroom shower wasn’t draining, bathroom was in terrible shape. Refrigerator was also not working. For spending $200 for one evening for a two bed, I would have expected it to be amazing. Very annoyed but was not the front desks fault. They were so nice!

STOP DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you want to buy an eight ball,a dime, A blow, A line, skippy chaulk etc.... Oh and if you're not up for that one of the girls outside will sell you their time or both. If they dont their "Body Guards" will ensure customer service. All while the employees and management of the quality inn hide in their fancy lobby behind their desk and sell these people rooms to complete their work.

Are you kidding me
This place is falling apart and no one cares. I ask requested house keeping one out of the five days I was there. The girl at the front desk said ok with an attitude but never put in the request. Also her and a young man that worked there seemed to be in the middle of an argument when I approached the front desk to make my request, witch is probably why she had an attitude, however that is very unprofessional and the phone in my room didn’t work, there are part of the wall falling off all around the room, the top blanket was filthy. Families: not the place for you. This is not in a nice area. The property is very run down and not like the photos. The room is not horrible, although crumbs on the floor and stain on the blanket, hair in bathroom, etc. We couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower. The hallway REEKS of smoke. The room had a lot of traffic noise all night. The breakfast area was messy, limited choices, broken juice machine. The yogurt was just great value brand from Walmart. There were bagels, but the cream cheese was a communal container. There were no caffeinated hot tea options. The only hot option was scrambled eggs. My son did enjoy the fresh waffles. The pool was really bad. Several vents are just filled with concrete- so the filtration was extremely questionable. Many tiles missing. Upkeep is not a priority. Most of the beach chairs were ripped and not usable. You will see lots of homeless people in the area, and signs telling them not to eat the breakfast, etc. If my reservation was refundable, I would have went elsewhere.

Im incredibly surprised Expedia have this motel on there website.We paid what would get you in a decent 3 star motel in a safe area ,On Arrival we noticed the Grounds were like nothing we had experienced on a stay before . It was just like government housing or a mission is the best way to explain it.With homeless people walking around the grounds and what clearly appeared to be Prostitutes working there.Once we got our key and tried to enter the building a young disturbed Man wanted us to let him in the building were the rooms are.We avoid this buy saying our key does not work.Walked to a different entry ,buy this stage we walk up the hall way and the man was in the building somehow.My wife and i were quite afraid at this point.As he had a knife aswell.Dont get sucked in by the pictures of Pool,Room and Entry front desk as yes they are all okay but the area and the grounds are very Bad.When we tried to explain to front desk we feel unsafe,The young lady just said thats America?We were told we had to go through Expedia to get a refund to go elsewhere which we did.A terrible experience.And my first bad review anywhere.The staff did not really care at all.And thought nothing of it and said the security guard will remove the man when he arrives ,as was next door at the time.This place needs a Full time security guard for a reason.No way would i leave my car in there car park overnight with the types of people on the grounds.This experience has moved us away from Expedia…

Room floor was coming up and sheets were dirty. Called front desk and 30 minutes later he arrived with a comforter that was stained. We asked for money back, they refused. We left and drove home at 1:00 am in the rain. Horrible place.

My stay at quality inn was intended to be a short one but after the firat night i wanted to check out the room is clearly not cleaned on a daily basis there was toothpicks and candy wrapping along with hair in the tub dont let me start with the breakfast that was offered terrible, and the staff at the front desk seem to not care at all would i recommend this hotel to my family and friends? no! I work in the hotel industry so i know what choices have to offer but thia hotel apparently they didn’t get the memo
