After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

Valeu muito a pena!
Fiquei muito surpreso com a minha estadia! Devido a várias qualificações negativas para o Hotel, acabei decidindo arriscar e vou ser sincero…não me arrependi! O quarto acomodou muito bem 3 pessoas, colchões confortáveis e travesseiros de boa qualidade. Ademais, sempre cheirosos e com tudo funcionando. O café da manhã no primeiro dia deixou a desejar, pois um dos bolos estava com um gosto estranho. Mas, no segundo, o café da manhã estava muito gostoso. Eles estão em reforma, então, no segundo dia, foi feito muito barulho pela parte da manhã. Os funcionários sempre bem educados e buscando oferecer a melhor experiência para os hóspedes. Sem dúvidas, iremos retornar! Desejo cada vez mais sucesso!
