The staff is very friendly, Dayane from restaurant reservations is the sweetest and helpful person in the hotel. Theo the bartender and waitress make the best caipirinhas and will give you the best service. The food was great, the only recommendation is that the pool needs more cleaning… great time at the hotel!! Thanks

Very poor WiFi. Even in the lobby it is faulty. No connection on the rooms. Ocean is very rough and it is impossible to get in. I am an experienced ocean swimmer and I had a hard time staying 5 mi utes inside the water.

Wonderful time
The resort is beautiful, we stayed at a chale and the king bed was comfortable, but the single bed had a hard mattress, when we contacted the front desk, they switched the mattress. The service is amazing, the employees are well trained and polite. It is an all inclusive and the food was delicious.

The room had broken furniture, broken furniture in the pool area, broken safe, was not cleaned well on daily basis. I killed 2 roaches in the room. Its a 2 stars hotel with "5 Stars Staff". Its a shame such a beautiful place the resort is so disappointing.

Most of the employees at the front desk speak English, but none of the security guards, food service or housekeeping employees do, which creates some minor problems for foreign business and vacationing guests. Also, most of the paper correspondence throughout the stay is not in English.

We went there on a family - kite trip, although the beach is a bit far from the rooms, everybody gets yo have a lot of fun, the pool is great for the kids ! Plus they get to eat as much as they want !

very family friendly
everything you could want in one place. good food, attentive staff, great pools. took my 6 month old son and the facilities are excellent for kids / babies. Only downside is the distance from the airport (about 50 mins in a taxi)

O Resort peca demais naquilo que é essencial para um ALL Inclusivé. Serviço de alimentação ruim, com pouco sabor, buffet com reposição ruim em baixa temporada, Buffet na piscina fraquíssimo e sem serviço de praia. Restaurantes temáticos é dar nó. Nem mesmo o bacalhau que é tradição do país de origem da rede, eles conseguiram entregar a contendo. Muito fraco. Programa de recreação também muito limitado. A programacao noturna era músicos locais cantando e tocando. A rede Vila Galé parou no tempo e há de muito tempo é superada em muito pelos demais resort. Friso que a estrutura continua muito boa. O que falta é atualizar a gestão dos serviços ALL inclusive

O resort é lindo e bem cuidado. Um ótimo lugar para descanso em família. A recreação do hotel também é maravilhosa. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é a comida, pois não há muita diversidade, quase todos os dias é a mesma coisa, até mesmo no café da manhã. Os doces são bem artificiais.

El hotel no está mal, la limpieza de la habitación es muy mala, el wifi es malo, la comida poco internacional, la atención en el bar de la piscina es mala. Los restaurantes a la carta no son buenos tampoco, el servicio de los mozos deja mucho que desear. La piscina es muy linda, buenas reposeras. La playa es linda, pero muy ventosa al menos en esta época.

Minha expectativa estava bem alta por se tratar de um Resort da rede internacional Vila Galé, mas não fiquei um tanto quanto decepcionada. O hotel é bem antigo, não foi modernizado durante os 12 anos de funcionamento. A piscina infantil estava em reforma, e a recreação e entretenimento do hotel é MUITO FRACO! O jantar que fizemos agendado no restaurante temático foi muito ruim atendimento e o jantar nada demais. Resumindo não indico esse resort.
