Disappointed when arriving to room, and the bathroom floor was wet and shower was wet, as if someone just took a shower :/ We had a late arrival at 10:00pm. Breakfast was suppose to close at 10:30 but it closed at 9:30, luckily they were able to make me a coffee!!

I was given a room and there was a loud constant noise coming from some kind of equipment in the hotel. Could have been the a/c unit but it was loud and non stop. They moved us to the other side of the hotel and the noise was gone. They charge you for parking which of course they never tell you when you book. $10 a day for this area is ridiculous. They charge you for continental breakfast which consists of horrible options. I just wanted coffee and they make you wait in the line for the one server to give out all the continental breakfasts. Makes absolutely no damn sense for me to wait 25 min just to get a cup of coffee. They should it available like every other hotel in the lobby. I wish there was a way Expedia would block me if I ever tried to book this hotel again accidentally. Majority of the staff were rude except for James. He was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone else had attitude like they hated their life

Had a large dog in the adjoining room next door. Compained multiple times to Front Desk. Dog barked off and all all night and steady since 5 am. Super pissed! I understand they offer a Pet Friendly hotel however someone without a pet just trying to get rest after a long day should not be subject to barking all night.

Decent property very up to date rooms with balcony. Only thing was this rude front desk lady who had lots of attitude when asked who we could ask for towels since no one answered the phone in the rooms. Other than that everyone else was nice.

Property is well maintained. Lots of staff working on the upkeep. It is a pet friendly hotel... some carpets, specially at elevators and furniture in common areas could use a deep clean.
