Our room had comfortable queen bed and single bed. Basic kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and dishes etc which was handy. Location was good for Lake Matheson and Fox Glacier. Big windows, heated up quickly, very basic and comfortable.

Don't stay here. Very poor WiFi, no WiFi one night, no one helped. Extremely cold in the room, A/C is very loud and hot air directly blow to you adjacent to your bed. No bed making service, only new towels... We left one day earlier and (of course, no refund..) stayed at another hotel, which was much nicer and better customer service.

Location is a bit out of town, but walking distance to the best restaurant in town. It was a good location for me to tour the area from. The room was large and had a great view off the patio.

Great place to stay
We’ve traveled New Zealand for three weeks. This hotel is by far the most realistic from pictures on their site. Staff is SO friendly and helpful, just awesome. Be sure to do the glow worm walk! We’d definitely stay again.

The room as such was comfortable. We had to ask for more coffee and milk sachets as only 2 were provided for 2 people and 2 nights. The walls are very thin, we heard snoring from both sides. We had to close the currains into the garden, great mountain view, as both neighbours kept walking about in front of our bedroom looking in. Comfortable bed.
