Check staff was terrific and restaurant staff was absolutely superb. Sink in bathroom did not have any kind of stopper. Really dislike the glass panel doors which allow too much light through in the middle of the night. Also don't like that the light switch is on the outside of the bathroom instead of inside. Also, no venting option. Mirror in bathroom was not made for putting on make up (can't easily close enough mirror with a magnifying option.) Seems to have been designed without women in mind. Also could use more outlets for charging electronic devices. Probably cost-cutting measures.

Front desk Emily said "let me know if you need anything?" Got to room a/c sounded like whistling teapot! Emily sent up engineers (2) to fix noise. Couldn't! I asked for free upgrade since we had to move to a 2nd room after enduring 20 minutes of noise. Emily said "I sent you staff to help, no upgrade." No empathy either!

The place is under construction, so updates are coming during our visit everything in our room was rough. The carpets had huge stains, the bathtub was rusted. We had booked a room for 3 kids and 2 adults and the listing said sleeps 5 but there were just 2 full-sized beds. No crib, no pull-out, no cot. I spoke to reception and the women barely paid attention to my question. There was no one to wait on but me as it was 12:30 am, but she appeared to not care about the missing bed. I only interacted with one other employee who saw me returning a luggage cart and he was super friendly. Maybe it was a bad day for the women at reception.
