Some surfaces were not clean. Smashed bugs were on the wall. There was almost no soap in the bottle in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice bedding. Refreshing mineral water. Windows that open. Nice and professional reception and service.

The hotel advertises that there is a shuttle service with hotel. I waited at airport for over an hour nothing arrived I there fore had to spend 50 euro for a taxi. No apology from hotel. They also charged me additional fees for second occupant of the room. Room was booked for multiple occupants. There was no roon service or cleaning and room booked at kitchen facilities but no crockery od equipment,

Fine for a night before a flight from Frankfurt. There were no dishes or cooking supplies in the room (had to request them) and the "shuttle" did not drive to Terminal 1 - had to catch an airport shuttle from Terminal 2. Will likely stay elsewhere in the future

There is no shuttle even though the website states there's a free airport shuttle. When you land you have to call the hotel to arrange for a taxi (free), this is difficult if you don't have a cell phone in Germany and you don't want to pay high roaming fees for using your own out-of-country cell phone. I wish I had known that I had to arrange a taxi with the hotel in advance so we didn't have to wait so long at the airport looking and waiting for an actual shuttle! When I finally reached the hotel staff via email the agent was excellent, he helped get me a taxi but he kept saying it would be 10 minutes when in fact we waited almost an hour. The hotel is also advertised as an AIRPORT hotel, this gives the impression that the hotel is near or connected to the airport, this is not true. This hotel is 30 minutes driving (at 160 km an hour!!!) away from the hotel. The taxi driver explained that if you drive it takes over half hour, but if you took a bike then you could cut through the area and get to the hotel in 15 min. Indicating that this is an airport hotel is misleading! Again, the staff at the hotel were great! There was even a small restaurant to have dinner, the room we stayed in was clean and had a bottle of water available as well as a microwave and a small fridge, the bathroom was fine and the beds were comfortable. However, simply based on the location and the lengthy wait for a taxi (shuttle) I will likely not stay here again.
