Nice room in a good hotel location.
4 friends staying in Frankfurt for the Euros. Very cheap room compared to some we saw. Suite was spacious and had more than enough room for all 4 of us, with a very large & nice bathroom too.

Multiple budlings and this is in the middle of no where. used restaurant and was sick from the pasta. Room was main floor near a walkway listening to people yell is not fun. Not going back to this companies properties again.

Nice rooms, clean, spacious. No air conditioning and the windows don’t open very wide. Extremely warm Inside the room and extremely loud. I couldn’t sleep at all! Parking was close and easy.

only one staff at reception. kept answering phone and made the check.in process last for 20 minutes. hotel block is 5 minutes walk ftom reception. room key didn't work. Allocated uncheck out room. customer complained and reception staff threatened to throw customer put of the hotel. The reception man said it is Germany, he could throw customer put of hotel if customer complains. I m a,frequent traveller and I hv never experienced such nonsense, rough and poor service. I m very disappointed that expedia has promote to hotel.

Miserable and uncomfortable
We needed a good night sleep before our flight back to the US. Sadly, it was about 90 degrees F that day and when we checked in we noticed a little tiny sign that said their air conditioning was out. Our room was on the ground floor and it was 80 degrees F (27 C) when we got into the room. We opened the one window as wide as possible and also the door. There was no fan and no air movement of any kind. By 11pm, we were desperately calling around to see if we could find another hotel room but, to no avail. We tried to sleep but, because we were on the ground floor we couldn't leave the door and window wide open so we had to seal up that awful room and it was absolutely stifling. When we went to check out the next morning, there was one guy at the front desk and dozens of people in line. After waiting 30 minutes, we put the key on the desk and walked out because we had to get to the airport. The neighborhood did not seem good either and there was crazy loud music coming from a nearby apartment late into the night. All in all, an awful experience.

Nice little hotel with good restaurant, very clean and room adequate sized for two. Only problem was it was 99 degrees and ac was out in entire hotel. Also taxi there 35 euros from airport 4 miles away. Great breakfast!

Everything was quite nice. The beds were not useful though. While comfortable, they had two twin mattresses pushed together to make a double bed and I thought that was very tacky and uncomfortable for my boyfriend and I. Also, there aren’t many ways to get into the main city easily the tram station was a 10 minute walk and the bus stop didn’t come very often. But the sheets were clean and the parking was good.
