Very nice staff. An excellent price. The room was clean and the water was hot. The breakfast buffet was fresh and good, with hot options. Not the best views, but a good place to sleep at the end of the day. Not far and definitely walkable to the core area of Frankfurt.

Great hotel in Frankfurt centre

Location is very good, just meters away from Zeil. Hotel have private parking. Even in the Covid times the breakfast was amazing. Staff is very helpful and the room was perfect. One of the few hotels I highly recommend (at least for business trip).

I came back to my hotel room on the second day and the lights were on and someone else's pass key was in operation. I thought it belonged to house keeping but was advissd by reception that it was not a housekeeping key. I was also told the managerwopuld be asked to check the camera footage but this did not happen and when I went to check out the next day I enquired at reception.the next and all tgst happened was I was asked if anything was missing and when I replued that as far as I was aware notbjng was missing the reply was ' well isn't that the main thing'. I left my email address and that was a week ago and I've heard nothing fron the hotel. Obviously this is not the first time this had happened but as nothing was taken then 'thats the main thinng' and quire obviously the only thing tgst counts as far as the hotel is concerned. While I was tokd that no unauthorised person.can get to the hotel rooms in this case someone did and used a non hotel key cardard to get into my room but nothing was taken so 'thats the main thing'. The fscf that someone else accessed my room seems immaterial to the hotel .

Business Stay

The hotel is generally fine, the area is a bit backstreet but its safe, the rooms are quite good, a nice size and comfortable. The only thing is I had an adjoining door and the people next door sounded like they were in my room. Also, don't get the first floor over the breakfast room as you can hear people scraping chairs from 6:00am. But overall, a pleasant stay and it was nice and quiet outside of the above annoyances.
