Everything i expect from a top class hotel. Very pleasant experience with staff, dining, and services. The part I don't like is not of their doing. While the indoor surroundings are great, the airport and streets are a maze. You need a shuttle bus too. Getting to the hotel is daunting for a first-time visitor, at least. Also, my friend had to park there and it's extremely expensive.

Very poor condition. Not a clean bath room. We didn’t have hot water in shower . Carpets are so dirty. Very limited options for dining. No English menus . We couldn’t change the tv to English .

Everything was fine here. Could not park in the hotel lot as it was full, so we parked and took the air train to the hotel A minor inconvenience. Unfortunately no points were awarded as this was a third party booking.

The associate at check in didn't look at me or greet me when I walked up to his station. There was nobody else around. He kept looking down and I had to address him first. Not a good first impression. Also, there was a vague sewer smell in the lobby area. Not pleasant.

The hotel was so conveniently located adjacent to the airport: we never even had to go outside! The hotel was beautiful and there were good dining options in the adjacent mall. Our room was clean and nice but too small for 3 adults: Our only option was a queen bed and a pull out sofa which was so close to the bed that it was difficult to walk between them. As anticipated, the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, but the queen bed wasn’t either - it was very hard. Other than that, all was fine!
