Once you get over the fact that the area round the main station is pretty awful, this hotel is comfortable, safe and well-situated. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room (Superior King) was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.

The room had no phone, was not cleaned before given to me and my original booked room which I paid for was given to someone else and I was not compensated for it.

good location. Main trainstation area is wild but this hotel is long enough. Very quiet at night time. Very good breakfast, not included but worth to buy (17€).

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist zu Fuss zügig am Rhein und in der Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Amazing hotel

Pros: The lounge is quite classy, bartenders and reception staff very polite. Clean bedroom.
Cons: Suggestion : housekeeping might wait until guests are out in the morning itself so as to clean up their rooms & not wait until mid-afternoon.
Location: Near the central train station. Main Tower is at a walking distance. Shopping centers as well.
Very nice stay thanks to Hilton group, polite and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious bedroom as well as the bathroom (might be better if a glass door was added to close the shower though). Beautiful lighting equipment and decoration. A safe available, a mini-fridge, hairdryer, iron & ironing-table (helpful indeed). Good place to relax, as very quiet. The glass lifts are great.
