This is a great location for visiting the historic district and for walking along the river walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Train station less than 10 minute walk and felt very safe! The AC isn’t on when you arrive but it cools down quickly. Great stay for an overnight layover in Frankfurt. They also gave us late check out!

I had to go out and buy shampoo. There is no ice machine anywhere so I had to ask the front desk every time I wanted ice. They were very kind to always get it for me but I hated bothering them

There are no tissues in the room or coffee making facilities. The windows are not soundproof and we could hear the people on the patio very clearly.

This hotel is very dirty. They have spiders on the wall, also the lady who work in the front is very rude. Never come again.

Very spacious room with a great view. Excellent location for access to bars, restaurants and sight seeing. The only real complaint is it’s pretty noisy on weekends from traffic, sirens and late night partiers walking past. Also, the hotel bar is never open.

Probably for the money it was a good value and standard for Frankfurt. But, little things like no facial tissues, shampoo, or wash clothes and only buffet breakfast at €19 available lessened the rating. Also had to change rooms due to a leak of some kind in bathroom, and rooms had a worn look. However, towels were changed and beds were made daily, and staff tried to be helpful with several things. View of the river was lovely, and you could walk to eating places.
