Wonderful stay
The rooms and staff were wonderful, the only suggestion that I would give to someone looking to stay at this hotel is be prepared for loud nights. The hotel is located in the middle of a popular "pub crawl"

The staff was wonderful, our room was spacious and the area was nice. On the weekends it did get loud because of the location. It was fine for us but may cause issues for others.

Be aware this area of cobbled streets and German pubs is a place with a lot of outdoor drinking and carousing at night. Also, they will hold your luggage before/after check-in, but not in a secure area. Despite the email sent to me indicating the site would only be staffed limited hours and suggesting e-check in may be the only option, I was greeted by and helped by excellent staff. They were extremely helpful. Overall I was disappointed given the price point of this hotel, but the staff made a positive difference.
