Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable Stay
We stayed at this hotel for one day and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-designed, with plenty of room to relax. The balcony added a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy some fresh air. The toiletries provided were of excellent quality, and we particularly appreciated the thoughtful selection of coffee and tea, which were very nice. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

Sleek and modern, the Avani was a nice place to stay in the center of town. within walking distance of the old city, but near many restaurants and a pedestrian walking street. Very friendly staff and sumptuous breakfast! The shower was terrific!

Nice property. Close to lots of dining, and shopping. Walking distance to Romerberg and Zoo. Parking lot is across the street so not convenient when you have lots of bags. Parking lot is also tight for modern cars.

The curtain looked abit old, the bedsheets didn’t change might be due to eco friendliness and the noise outside the room and outside window able to hear clearly but this was the best hotel I have stayed so far comparing to Munich and Tromso in this trip. Reception Aziz very friendly and nice, he told us as Expedia VIP we were able to request for free late check out till 2pm upon availability but when we called the recept on 15 Nov around 8plus in the morning, the lady told us there would be extra cost

Lovely and convenient!
This was a lovely hotel. I did not have a chance to enjoy the fitness center, but very much enjoyed the overall vibe of the hotel, including an excellent and well-apportioned breakfast. Location can’t be beat - close to the Zeil, a block from multiple S-bahn lines, many restaurants within very short walk. Highly recommend!

Check in was fast and I also like the part where I can extended my check out time to 6pm. Of course that is not free for such along hours. My room is tidy every day, and breakfast is the usual fruits, breads, cheese and hams, etc. The only thing that is not working is the refrigerator. I did highlight to staff and it is not a big deal to me is because I did not use it . Shopping is just a five minutes walk away where there are several restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. U-Bahn station is also five minutes walk away. The place is pretty quiet.
