Overnight in Frankfort
Very good price for what you are getting. Close to the airport and they supply a shuttle. You can option a buffet breakfast in the morning which was quite good. Internet not the fastest. Only issue was no plug-ins by the bed as the hotel is a bit dated. Typical issue with flat pillows and duvet bed covering which is just too hot for me. Prefer a light covering blanket. All in all great value for what you pay for.

I have stayed many times at NH Moerfelden in the past 10 years. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and quiet, which is important to me. One detail that may make me decide to try another hotel on my next business trip to FRA is the fact that I arrived with the shuttle bus at the hotel at exactly 14h46 and I was turned away as “check in is at 15h only” ?!?!? That attitude, when dealing with Int’l passengers & business people is outrageous! If NH Moerfelden doesn’t need business, then I have plenty of other options for accommodation at FRA. Turning me away, making me wait was unacceptable. Otherwise, the hotel is fine.

The hotel is very nice, the location less so. The hidden charge for the parking right in front of the hotel are ridiculous - this should be free, or made clear as you drive on the property - "PARKING HERE WILL COST YOU 12 Euros"

The room was well lit and fully functional. There was enough room to stay organized while working. Having a room equipped with a playpen for our toddler was very helpful. The location of the safe was distracting for him though.

Good hotel for a good price
Positives: very good value for money, good breakfast choice, extra large room for 3 people, low noise levels, modern and clean premises, helpful staff, free parking available in the vicinity of the hotel (so no need to pay at the hotel) Negatives: one lift was constantly out of order making waiting time sometimes longer, sometimes longer waiting for staff at the reception, hotel in the middle of nowhere but it is a hotel for airport travellers, so this is understandable
