Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. If going back to the airport from hotel it only drops at Terminal 1 (as above) and to get to T2 you have to enter Hall B and follow signs to take the SkyTrain to T2. Allow plenty of time.

The shuttle drops you off down the street a bit so you have to walk about a quarter mile to the hotel. Easy check in and spacious rooms

The property was a short ride from Frankfurt airport. It is very modern and pretty. I had a room on the roadside of the hotel. There was a lot of road traffic noise.

Appreciated the price, cleanliness, shower & free airport shuttle. The shuttle does require some navigation & stairs so could be challenging for those mobility impaired or with a lot of luggage. There was neither a kettle in the room or hot water available from dining room. TV was not connected to their wifi so not usable. No phone in room to get help from front desk. Check-in was really slow. No room temperature control,-seemed to be set for building. Because of that, needed to open window so no soundproofing.

great, reasonable pricing and breakfast (at a fee) was delicious. awesome shuttle service, very convenient. my only gripe was with the wifi. i was at room 209 and only had 1 bar. it kept going in and out. i asked about it and was told more or less that there was nothing they could do. other than that, i would certainly consider staying there again

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our room was very clean & bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Lobby & dining area were spotless and nicely decorated. We did not opt to buy breakfast thru the hotel, so I cannot speak to how the food was. Property looks like it was built fairly recent. Airport shuttle was excellent. As other has said in reviews, it’s not door to door. But just a 3-5 min walk to the pick up spot in front of the parking garage. Pick up at the airport was only a few minutes walk as well, to the front of the Medical Center building. We would stay here again!
