The hotel was new and clean , the staff were so friendly and kind , we arrived at 6 am in the hotel our check in was at 3 pm but they gave us the room at 8:30 , special thanks to Cecilia for such a big favor.

We had a great stay at this very new property. The staff were lovely, location good and safe, close to train and supermarket. Great touch having free coffee and tea on 7th floor, nice view as well. Our room had microwave and fridge and there is also a high tech washer and dryer in basement. The blockout blinds were great and double glazing kept noise out, we found room a bit warm. The pillows were okay but I found the mattress very hard and there was no top sheet. Housekeeping is done every 3 days. We had a few hiccups but it is expected with a new hotel. Would stay again.

Das Hotel ist super und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich..allerdings waren wir vom Frühstück sehr enttäuscht..viel, viel zu teuer 19.50€ für das, was da geboten wird. Sehr wenig Auswahl. Tiefgarage war groß und hell, kostet 19€.

체크인 날짜되기 전에 프리 체크인 메일이 오더라구요! 프리체크인 해둬도 도시세 결제해야되는 경우에는 7층 레지로 먼저 가셔서 체크인하셔야 돼요! 크리스마스에 가는거라 일부러 간이 주방이 있는 호텔을 원해서 예약했는데 정말 기대이상이었고 정말 마음에 들었어요! 방도 정말 넓고 테이블도 있고 책상도 있고 수납함이 많아서 장기로 묵는다면 정말 추천드려요! 위치도 대학교 근처라 조용하고 밤에 가도 위험하다는 느낌 못받았어요! 근처에 마트가 있어서 사먹기도 좋고 U반역이 근처에 두개나 있어서 뢰머광장이나 중앙역으로 이동하기도 편해요! 다른 지점이 있는 곳에 여행 가게 된다면 또 묵을 의향 있습니다!

Eine Unterkunft der besonderen Art
Das Rioca ist wirklich ein besonderer Platz. Obwohl wir keine Bargänger sind, war das Restaurant/Bar so einladend, dass wir noch einen Cocktail getrunken und Tacos gegessen haben. Die Tacos waren übrigens auch super! Das Persoanl ist superfreundlich, die Einrichtung des Zimmers top und die Matratzen schlaffreundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!
