Mermaid's Mountain Love Shack,is a private mountain cabin for the couple who is looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views, outdoor area with additional kitchen. Fast Wifi, Smart TV, Fire Pit, & Screen Front Porch. Perfect for a couples getaway, honeymoon, anniversary or just a weekend away. Queen size bed w/ picture windows making it feel like you are part of nature in the trees. Full bathroom, w/ rain shower, back porch with BBQ, outdoor dining, fire pit & an outdoor TV.

As you enter the love shack, you will well fall in love. The inviting bed with picture windows, positioned to perfectly showcase the amazing Mountain View. Our little Mermaid Love Shack has everything you need for the couples retreat, getaway or mountain honeymoon, queen size bed, kitchen w/ fridge and stove top, full bathroom with rain shower head, private w/fast wifi for those wanting to stay connected or stay in to Netflix and Chill. There is an additional chair that converts to a single bed available. Outside you will find a front screened porch with dining for two and recliners for relaxing and reading. In the back an additional outdoor kitchen space with a fridge, convention (toaster oven), sink, BBQ, additional dining space as well as a firepit and space to relax and enjoy the stars. Full laundry (washer and dryer) also available for use!
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Nantahala National Forest. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the cottage.

Nice stay

The property is great for a small family or a couple. It’s a very nice place. Unfortunately we lost power our last night so I wasn’t able to pull up my email to see the checkout instructions. We did our best to leave everything as we found it.

The little cabin was adorable, sort of shabby chic. The road from the paved road to the cabin was rough, but we made it. One thing puzzled us, though: The lovely windows that showed a gorgeous view were clouded with something that looked like soap suds, so our view was only partial. Odd! Other than that, we enjoyed our time high above the heat, plus we got to watch the full moon travel across the sky one night.
