For dining options, there is a large dining table, one smaller dining room table, and 2 additional barstool countertop seats. Two dedicated workspaces include desks, Herman Miller Aeron chairs, and one additional larger screen.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the full property, excluding the garage. This home is on a wooded acre with trails starting on the property. There is also private access to Fraser River and a stocked fishing pond (entrance key at the cabin). You will be provided a door code for keyless entrance to the front door.
Parking notes: large driveway that can fit up to 6 cars. The last mile of the drive is on plowed gravel roads. 4-wheel drive in winter is encouraged, but not required. No street parking allowed in Grand County.
Other things to note:
On snowy days, the driveway will be plowed, though keep in mind that the plow folks have other houses to plow as well, so they will get to the house as quickly as possible. There are shovels in the front if you need access to your car before they arrive. They will attempt to work around your vehicles, but may need to return when you have left for the day.
In the winter, snow tires and/or 4 wheel drive is recommended.
Please keep in mind you are amongst wildlife, so do not keep any food of any kind in your car.
