- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.

Was very charming and comfortable for two people. Very clean. Would loved to have had a couple more wash cloths…. Only got two. The pillows on the bed were lumpy and uncomfortable. The mini split air conditioner blew cold air directly on us when we were sitting on the couch watching a movie. But…. Over all…the cottage was lovely, spacious and clean and perfect for our stay.

Loving Lavender
My sister & I had the best time at this precious suite. It was perfect to return to after a full day of shopping, eating & fun. So comfortable for two people. Close to Main Street and very easy to jump on one of the roads to the outskirts of town for sunsets at Cross Mountain or Willow City Loop. Will plan a trip back to the Lavender soon. Thank you for having this adorable place to stay.

Absolutely loved the little guest house. So cute and quiet. It was just my husband and I and it was spacious for the both of us. The only thing is i wish we could've parked next to our room but the street parking wasn't terrible. I would definitely stay again.

It was a lovely room but key was not where it was supposed to be when we arrived late and to a totally empty and dark house. One dim light outside was on; other one didn’t work. Lock box was wide open. We finally found the key—in the door!! Very unsafe! Next morning I called 3 times over 2 1/2 hours: no coffee cups, glasses or even dishes or silverware in the room. Mgmt kept promising someone would be right over with coffee cups. Took all morning. Very disappointed in this property management team. Unresponsive and unapologetic.

My wife and I stayed at the Bella Manor Lavender Suite and we loved it. It was clean and perfect for our weekend stay. Only a couple of blocks off of main which we loved. We will stay here again!

Loved the room/ very cozy and comfortable. When we got there they had the air on real cold which was perfect. They had tv on playing music which was cool. The had great wifi and plenty to watch. Plenty of coffee and the best Kurig.

This was a perfect spot to get away for a couple days. Property is studio sized, but in peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. A lot to do within short drives.

This property was so cute. I do suggest bringing a fan or two or three. The main air conditioning is broken. There is a port-a-cool but it just isn't enough to keep it cool. Absolute Charm was amazing to deal with regarding the issue. We did cut our. Stay short and left early because of the heat. The jet tub in the bathroom did not function properly either, but this wasn't a deal breaker for us.

Just the right size for a couples weekend and quick walk to Main St for shopping and food. Cutely decorated and looked just like the pictures. My only criticism is that we weren’t left any shower soap and the shower liner needs to be replaced. Had a great visit to Fredericksburg as always

The AC didn't work at all, and it was hot. The bed was comfy and would have been amazing had we been able to sleep any of the three nights we were there. It was so hot that we almost forfeited one night and checked into a hotel. It is cute, was reasonably clean, the shower worked, and the fridge was great. There were bugs in the bathroom and the floor hadn't been mopped in a while.

The stay was easy and nice. Cute and convenient property. May need to use some drano in the bathtub, as it drains slowly and you’re standing in a couple inches of water by the middle of your shower. Otherwise great stay

Spring Stay in Fredericksburg
Lovely accommodations. However, if you need somewhat darkness for sleeping, this is not the place for you. Outside lights come through the light shades and make sleeping challenging. Otherwise, everything was great.
