Spacious cabin with a comfy king size bed, night stands, lamps, & phone charging stations. Living area with loveseat & chair that are recliners with an end table that has a phone charger. Large flat screen TV mounted over the gas fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals with granite counters and stainless appliances.
Located just eight minutes from downtown Fredericksburg.
Please note that although Wifi is provided by the homeowner, it is not always guaranteed out in the country. Cell phone service works very well.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
