We really liked our little cottage. It has a huge bathroom and shower, really comfortable bed and two comfy lounge chairs. The fireplace was a bonus! We were just a few steps from the outdoor hot tub, where we could look up at the stars. Only things we didn't like: we could hear some traffic from our cottage from the main road and it was a little bit too far to walk to downtown. Everything else was wonderful!

Nice and clean

Beautifully decorated. Area rug had no grip and recliner chairs were difficult to get out of. More rugs bedside had no grip. Bathroom was really nice. Air conditioning unit was loud on occasion. Overall a nice property.

Absolutely had the best time! This place was super clean, modern decor was beautiful and it was very quiet. We had everything we needed and the special touches, wine opener and fireplace made this the perfect birthday get away!!!

Perfect location for the couples stay

This property is so well suited for a couples getaway. We are in our early 50's and had a blast. We met couples of similar age and we also met newlyweds in their 20's. It suits everyone!

The studio apartment was nice, but a little smaller than it looked in pictures. We had some trouble sleeping because the air conditioner didn't keep it cool enough. Other than that, we had a nice time in Fredericksburg.

Good communication and poor AC

The AC wouldn’t cool the bedroom area. We went to dinner and when we arrived back the kitchen was cooled but not the bedroom, however that day was extremely hot. I think the temperature reached 104. The management was responsive and courteous in handling the situation., i appreciate their professionalism.

Girls Trip at Humble Plum unit

The experience was great! Easy check in and out. The pool was wonderful after hiking Enchanted Rock. Not too bad of a walk to the main shopping areas and restaurants. Would recommend staying here to others that I know.

Pool was dirty when we got there but next morning a guy came and cleaned. Mosquitoes were terrible.

Mosquitoes could have been managed by mgmt. not even a toaster in the place. Had 2 refrigerators only 1 worked. Could at least had toaster oven. Location and parking good. Air worked ok at night. Could not grill because of mosquitoes

Anniversary Getaway

Descent place

The pool is a lot smaller than what the map shows but it’s nice. The air conditioning wasn’t working very well in our room but was in other rooms so not sure what that was all about. It was a cute and clean place and our friends group enjoyed it.

Quick Wedding Getaway

We booked the Humble Plum for our wedding retreat and it was perfect for us. Cozy, intimate, and charming. Comfortable bed and loved the recliners! For ambience, we turned on the fireplace (can switch off the heat). It was lovely! There were a few things that have been neglected (like missing and flickering lightbulbs, etc) and not fully cleaned areas (the bathroom soap dispenser…gooey soap caked all over the counter under the bottle…obviously cleaned around the bottle only). We decided to purchase a box fan while there so it masked any noise we might have heard and helped with air circulation. The exterior lights were bright and unfortunately lit up the room while trying to sleep. Currently there are two tiny refrigerators there. One works and one doesn’t. I recommend removing the nonworking one for a larger trash can. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I would definitely recommend this to others. Thanks for a wonderful time!
