Cute little house
House was very clean, nice neighborhood very easily accessible. We just were never made aware that since the house is listed for sale that the property would randomly be shown by realtors (who accompanied families) and they’d just be walking in during our stay. That was really unsettling because we never knew if during our stay and we were out, if people would be walking through while our belongings were left unattended. And having a realtor walk in and wake us from a nap was definitely not fun either so communication could be worked on between owners and people staying.

Our stay was comfortable other than we had 5 people and the pull out couch had no sheets. We were able to make do with our own blankets. The house is cozy and convenient to shopping and eating. Would stay there again.

Friends get away!
Enjoyed our place. Great area close to Main and enjoyed the wineries as well. This home had the best comfortable bedding and all amenities needed for our stay. Recommend thisn lovely place!

School break getaway
Door knob in master headroom set screw missing. Had to purchase to fix. Toilet in master bath had no plunger to correct slow flush. No towels to dry dishes in kitchen there is no dishwasher or disposal in sink. No hot pads in kitchen. Other than that accommodations were nice, beds comfortable and furnishings very nice..

Overall we loved the house and location. We were a bit surprised (but looking back shouldn’t have been) that house had no oven. My wife planned a meal that needed the oven We realize now it never said it had one. Otherwise all was great.

Great location
The house is super comfy and has everything you need. They did note there’s no oven or dishwasher but the convection oven works great. The AC took all afternoon/night to cool the house but the property manager was very responsive and even came to check on us in the morning to see if it had cooled off. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a place in the area.

Hard to review
Nicely furnished and great location. Weird that 6 can stay but no proper dining table. 4 stools at counter and a game table for 2 in LR. Almost every coffee cup was chipped as many of the dishes. There was coffee but zero sweeteners. Never stayed at a short term that hasn’t had a few pantry items. Smoke alarms/carbon detectors strobed frequently during night. It would be difficult to stay here more than a few nights which is a shame because it is a lovely little place!

Great choice for me and my husband and our 2 dogs (not completely fenced but plenty of area for pottying). Would also accommodate another couple nicely. Walk to the main drag, so very convenient.

Perfect Hill Country Home away from home
Beautiful staycation from San Antonio with my elderly parents and my young daughter. Quiet neighborhood, absolutely lovely home with 2 large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. We brought our 2 small dogs which completed the family. Just 1 block off of Main Street and so close to the lovely Christmas decorations of Fredericksburg! We will be coming back for wine tours in the next few months!

The house is a conversion of an old farmhouse. It’s located one street off of Main St. making walking to everything possible (it is on the west end so walks are long). The main house sleeps 4 adults comfortably though the second bath is fairly small and the shower tight. The main bedroom and bath are spacious. The kitchen is fair sized, modern, and usable, but you may want to bring your own pans if doing much cooking. There is no dishwasher. Overall, we loved the convenience to town and found it quite comfortable.

Cute little house
House has been nicely remodeled. Someone clearly put in effort in the decor. It’s nice that it feels intentional and not just left over furniture someone put in their rental, especially at such a reasonable price point. Screened in patio was nice. The kitchen amenities were ok. No oven or dishwasher. Being a short term rental it’s fine. Just remember to buy a dish sponge. If you wanted specific kitchen items (e.g. a whisk or large frying pan) I’d bring that with, but not everyone cares about that. There was a coffee maker which was enough for us ;-)
