This is a perfect property for four couples or less. I’ve stayed in several short term rentals and this property exceeded my expectations by far. The spacious floor plan along with the layout of the house just “works”. Having an adjoined bathroom to reach bedroom was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about this property.

The home is very clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of room for games and conversation, inside and outside. The kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and serving dishes. Perfect house for amazing girls weekend
There were 8 of us celebrating a birthday. House is extremely clean, has EVERYTHING you need, and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful backyard, we saw deer each morning and afternoon. Walking 2 blocks to downtown and if you go at night and don't want to walk home, easy inexpensive ride shares to talk you home. I would definitely stay again. We were only there 2 nights but wish we were there longer to really enjoy the house and back patio area.

This house is amazing! It’s in a great location, had ample parking, and was spotless!! There were four couples in our party and we all had more than enough privacy. Matter of fact, my husband who never sleeps late, slept until 10 am on Sunday! The hot tub was large enough for all of us. The outside seating front and back was so peaceful to have our morning coffee or evening cocktails. We will definitely return!!

Great Fredericksburg stay
We stayed at the property while riding motorcycle around the area. The house was perfect for 3 couples with the private bathrooms, kitchen area and porch that was perfect for visiting. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well. Checkin and checkout was flawless and the house was stocked with everything you could ever need. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great layout, fabulous fireplace, perfect location. Easy to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Bonus, HEB is just down the street for all your food, drinks and supplies. The management was quick to answer all questions.
