Hotel was basic but good. We paid 10 euros for the breakfast which was acceptable, plentiful and wholesome. Rooms were okay, everything you need is there.

I went to take a shower and the towel was dirty. My husband needed to go to the front desk to get another one. Breakfast was a chaos. People didn’t keep distance. Maybe 8 people around plus kids and adults going back for coffee and juice refills. The desk clerk at checking was very pleasant.

Auf den Bildern zu den Zimmern bei Expedia, ist nicht ersichtlich welche zu welcher Kategorie gehören. Somit waren wir ausgegangen, dass es auf den Zimmern Wasserkocher gibt. Dem war nicht so, krankheitsbedingt bin ich auf heißes Wasser angewiesen, das stellte sich dann als echt schwierig heraus. Denn der Herr an der Rezeption konnte mir nur aus dem Kaffee-Bereiter Wasser anbieten, welches nicht heiß genug war. Ein weiterer Mangel am Hotel, egal wo im Gebäude eine Türe zugeht, spürt und hört man das als Rumms im Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Dafür zahlt man nicht 110.00 Euro. Habe Fotos vorliegen. Check In hat nicht funktioniert Musste es an zwei Terminals versuchen bis es funktionierte. Personal war noch vor Ort, half uns aber nicht. Es half dann ein Gast. Kann das sein? Ich habe schon in mehreren B&B Hotels übernachtet z.B. in Stuttgart Vaihingen. Dort war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Es gab nichts aus zusetzten.
